Meet your Teacher

Jude is an Italian-based Author, Podcaster, Transformational Coach, Yoga Nidra, Meditation teacher and Addiction counsellor accredited by IPHM. He created a platform to heal people through 1:1 Sessions exploring the importance of learning about ourselves openly and without judgements and empowering all the tools already present in ourselves. He is the Author of a bestseller LGBTQ+ Novel and of two poetry collections about his own experience with mental health. His healing journey started eight years ago, and in that period, he learned all the skills and wisdom to share his experience with the world. Being a green witch, all his meditation has a significant connection with Mother Nature.
