Created by an award winning therapist- Safe to heal blends mindful awareness, nervous system education, subtle and gentle trauma informed practises and guided meditative journeys to help you move out of survival mode and into calm, empowered state of being. You'll explore how your body holds onto fear, even when you logically know you want to move forward, and how to release these protective patterns and using soothing voice guidance, reflective enquiry, body based check ins, regulation tools and journalling prompts. No experience needed just a willingness to meet yourself with love and compassion.


Meet your Teacher

Emily Hayden is a Hypnotherapist, somatic guide and yoga teacher, specialising in nervous system regulation, anxiety release and emotional healing. She helps people reconnect with their bodies, dissolve protective patterns like fear and self sabotage and feel safe enough to create meaningful healing and change. After years of supporting clients through transformational 1:2:1 work i created this course to offer a gentle, accessible reset for those who feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from their calm center. Whether you have done alot of self development or you're just beginning to listen to your body, i'm so glad you're here. This work isnt about 'fixing' yourself, it's about remembering that you are safe to heal.

Lesson 1

Coming Home To Safety

In this opening session, we gently reconnect with your body and explore what safety feels like, maybe for the first time in a while. You'll be guided through a gentle somatic check in and calming breath awareness, inviting your nervous system to begin letting go of flight or fight. This is where your healing journey begins, with a body that feels safe.

Lesson 2

Listen To Softening The Body's Defenses

Today we build on yesterdays foundation by exploring the subtle ways your body holds onto stress, tension, or emotional armour. Through soothing body based cues, gentle metaphor and compassionate awareness, you'll learn the language of your body, your nervous system and respond with calm supportive language it understands.

Lesson 3

Working With The Protective Parts

We all have parts of us that want to stay safe by holding back, avoiding change, or bracing for danger, even when there's no real threat. In this session you will be guided to meet those protective parts with curiosity and kindness. Through voice guided self enquiry, we begin to shift from survival to trust.

Lesson 4

Why We Hold Ourselves Back

Sometimes what looks like procrastination or self sabotage is actually a nervous system, trying to protect us from perceived danger. Today we explore how fear can pause our growth and keep us from doing what we truly want. Through guided reflection and somatic presence, you'll start rewriting your story from fear to safety, from stuck to softer momentum.

Lesson 5

Integrating Calm Into Everyday Life

This final session brings everything together, with a bit of fun at the end. You'll be guided through a calming visualisation and offered practical nervous system tools to carry into your daily life. You'll leave this course with a deeper sense of self trust, safety and the knowing that your healing doesn't need to be forced, it just needs to be allowed to feel.

I really loved the tools for emotional balancing. Like rubbing the ears for vagus nerve reset, and humming. Also the visualizations, like knocking on a door in my mind to ask what a part of me is trying to tell me/protect me from.

I feel more confident in my self and realise selfishness is good at times as it means putting myself first without guilt. Meeting myself with compassion and understanding and joy, knowing I am capable of making myself stronger whilst being more empowering towards others by reflecting on my responses before acting on temporary emotions. This has been a very positive experience for me as I recognised some long standing behaviours where by constantly putting others peoples needs before my own has created a resistance in me where i had built up protective walls, therefore creating a distance and possibly a perceived aloofness. I am more aware that I can be happy and satisfied by my own confidence in myself. My inner being and I are more aligned and whether others notice or not has no relevance whatsoever to my own inner certainty that, I am enough, I am worthy, I can be joyful and compassionate whilst saying “ No, not today and possibly not tomorrow either…I have plans of my own… Thankyou for this course… i will listen to it all again.. and again xx
