I am so happy to have discovered this course as I have been going through some difficult times following a car accident which has affected my balance, as result of concussion and kidney function as a result of medication I was prescribed for nerve pain, with a cracked sternum, all of which left me anxious and depressed. Since starting the course and repeating it I am seeing a marked improvement and no longer taking pain killers. I have also returned to my Qijong practice group last week. Thank you from my liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and especially kidneys that were compromised, and my endocrine system.

I enjoyed this class. I've done organ sounds work before. The sounds presented for each organ seem to vary from teacher to teacher, likely based on each teacher's teacher(s) plus personal experiences, although much of the meanings are the same. I very much like the clarity and directness with which this teacher, Solala Towler, presents himself and his lesson.
