Tea And Dao

Here the listener is introduced to the traditional Daoist Tea Ceremony, including the principles of "pin ming lun dao," meaning "savor tea discuss Dao." This is a time to go within to follow the course or Way of Tea as it moves thru our energetic system. A story about a tea ceremony in a Daoist temple in the mountains is also introduced.

Gongfu Cha

The term "gongfu" is often mistranslated into English as "martial art." Gongfu actually means something any skill that is learned and perfected through practice and effort, which can be gardening, cooking, painting, playing an instrument or even meditation. This chapter contains instructions on how to do a Gongfu Tea Ceremony ourselves.
