Meet your Teacher

Her approach isn’t about fixing, but about gently releasing stuck emotional patterns and rebuilding trust in their inner wisdom. Sina is an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Mindfulness Mentor, and Yoga Teacher, dedicated to helping people feel good about themselves and reconnect with what truly makes them feel alive. She shares from her own spiritual practice grounded in Tibetan Buddhism and integrates somatic and energy-based approaches to guide clients from overthinking into embodied clarity.
