Take a moment to get comfortable,
Either sitting or lying down.
Let your body settle into the present moment by just observing all the sensations your body is presenting right now.
What's alive in your body?
If you notice any areas of tension or discomfort,
Invite a soft release with each out-breath,
Letting go of the tension just a little more with every exhale.
Now I invite you to bring to your mind a situation from your recent past,
Where you felt really clear and very sure about a decision you made,
Where you knew what you wanted or what to do.
And this doesn't need to be a big decision,
Maybe you chose a particular meal,
Bought something you really liked or simply knew you needed a break and then went for it.
When you have that situation,
Gently let go of the story and shift your attention to how it felt in your body.
How did you know you were clear?
What happened in your body?
Was there a particular sensation or maybe a lightness,
Groundedness,
A stillness?
Maybe a calm feeling in your chest,
A tingling in your hands?
How did it show up for you?
If you're not sure,
Go back to that moment for a breath or two,
Imagine the situation and then feel into your body again.
And you can alternate between memory and body sensation for a bit.
When you feel it in your body,
Even just a subtle sensation,
Just stay there.
Notice the texture of that sensation,
Observe it,
Remember how it feels like to know,
To be clear.
Now imagine that feeling slowly expanding in your body.
It's becoming bigger and more present,
Gently spreading through your body like warmth or light.
Let it completely fill you.
Let it grow until it touches every cell of your body.
Take a breath here and imprint that feeling into your body's memory,
Like a snapshot you can return to.
That helps you remember your sense of clarity and knowing.
Whenever you face a decision or feel uncertain,
You can come back to this felt sense,
Not to force clarity,
But to remember how it speaks to you through your body,
Knowing that it's there to guide you.
Now take one more breath.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to your day.
Wishing you a beautiful day.
Namaste.
