This journey is a gentle, sacred initiation into the art of Restorative Yoga for digestion, guided by Dr. Mo—Colon Therapist, Educator, and Intuitive Healer. Through a blend of restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm of nourishment and release, heal your relationship with food and rest, and restore the nervous system so your digestive system can do what it was divinely designed to do — flow. Each session is less than 10 minutes and includes: One restorative yoga posture - Digestive health teaching - Somatic breathing or meditation - A journal prompt for self-integration


Meet your Teacher

Dr. Mo, DMETA (non-medical) is an Advanced Colon Therapist, Educator, and Digestive Wellness Expert with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals back to the wisdom of their bodies. As the founder of Moya Body Care and the MBC Wellness Institute, she has trained and mentored Colon Therapists and wellness practitioners across the globe. Her unique approach integrates the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of healing, blending restorative practices, Human Design awareness, and spiritual alchemy to help others restore balance to their digestive and nervous systems. Known for her calm, intuitive presence and ability to make complex health concepts feel simple and sacred, Dr. Mo helps people experience true harmony within the gut, mind, and spirit.

Reclined Bound Angle — “Returning To The Inner Waters”

Nourishment, safety, and deep pelvic restoration. Focus: This posture opens the womb/prostate space and lower belly, encouraging circulation to the reproductive and digestive organs. It supports hormonal balance, eases pelvic tension, and allows the nervous system to soften into a state where true digestion—physical and emotional—can occur. Practice: Supported Reclined Bound Angle with props beneath the spine, thighs, and heart. Guide the breath downward into the lower abdomen and pelvic bowl. Journal Prompt: “What does my body need in order to feel safe enough to soften, receive, and restore?”

Release, renewal, and emotional digestion. Focus: Twisting detoxifies the liver and colon; clears old emotions stored in the belly. Practice: Reclined twist + guided visualization of golden light cleansing the digestive organs. Journal Prompt: “What am I ready to release that no longer nourishes my mind, body, or spirit?”

Supported Child’s Pose — “Returning To Safety And Soothing The Gut-Brain Axis”

Safety, surrender, and letting the gut relax. Focus: Releasing tension in the lower abdomen and adrenals; quieting the fight-or-flight reflex. Practice: Supported Child’s Pose + Deep belly breathing. Journal Prompt: “Where can I soften in order to receive more peace?”

Legs Up The Wall – "Lymphatic Support For Digestion & Emotional Flow"
