I guide gentle, restorative practices that support digestive wellness by working with the nervous system, breath, and the body’s natural rhythms. My work is rooted in the understanding that digestion, elimination, and gut health cannot be separated from safety, rest, and embodied awareness. Rather than forcing change through discipline or control, I help people create the internal conditions that allow the body to soften, receive nourishment, and release what it is ready to let go of. Through restorative yoga, somatic guidance, and nervous system–supportive practices, my tracks are designed to support sensitive digestion, stress-related gut symptoms, pelvic and lower belly tension, and emotional holding patterns stored in the body. These practices are gentle, non-clinical, and accessible to all bodies. They are meant to be returned to again and again—before meals, after meals, in moments of discomfort, or whenever the body needs permission to slow down and restore balance.
