Grounding visualization,

And somatic relaxation,

And reestablish your baseline of peace.

Come as you are,

Lay down or sit comfortably,

And allow your entire being to receive deep nourishment.

Welcome.

You've arrived here for a reason.

Your nervous system is ready for a reset.

This is your time to deeply receive.

Whether you're a healer,

An entrepreneur,

A giver,

A space holder for others,

Today this meditation is for you.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down or seated with your spine supported.

Gently close your eyes,

Place your hand somewhere that feels nurturing,

Maybe over your heart or resting in your lap.

Let's take this moment to acknowledge your courage to pause and replenish yourself.

Begin by noticing your breath.

No need to change it.

Simply watch the way it flows.

Feel your body being breathed.

On your next exhale,

Release any tension in your shoulders.

Again,

Inhale deeply through your nose,

And exhale softly through the mouth,

As if you're sighing.

Let's take three more deep breaths,

Slow breaths together.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling slowly.

Exhale.

Inhaling deeply through your nose.

Exhaling,

Softening the belly.

Last deep breath in.

Exhaling,

Allowing the shoulders to drop.

With every exhale,

Imagine releasing the weight of the day.

Melting tension from your jaw,

Your neck,

Your heart.

Taking another deep breath in to implement.

Exhaling.

Now,

Imagine a soft golden light pouring from above your head,

Gently wrapping around you like a warm embrace.

With every breath,

This golden light travels down your spine,

Softening every muscle,

Every nerve.

Visualize gentle roots extending from your feet,

Or base of your spine,

Deep into the earth.

Feel the earth holding you,

Supporting you,

And whispering,

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Allow your nervous system to settle into this deep support.

Breathe.

Now,

We'll bring awareness through the body.

Bring your attention to your head and soften the muscles in your forehead and around your eyes.

Let your tongue drop gently from the roof of your mouth.

Soften your shoulders,

Relaxing your neck,

Allowing your arms to follow suit.

With every breath in,

You're unwinding years of tension that you don't need to carry anymore.

Bring your awareness down into your chest,

Your rib cage,

Your rib cage,

And now your belly.

Imagine soft waves of relaxation flowing over these areas.

Your chest is softening.

Your rib cage is opening.

Your belly is gentle and full.

Release the tension in your hips.

Your legs follow,

And your feet become gentle.

Light as air.

Your entire body is now bathed in this golden light and deeply safe.

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhale.

Now activating your parasympathetic nervous system,

Your body's natural rest and digest mode,

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Begin in a slow breath pattern.

Inhale for four counts,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold for two counts,

Two,

One.

Exhale for a count of six,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Inhaling again for four counts,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Holding for two,

One.

Exhaling slowly for a count of six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling last for four counts,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold for two,

One.

Exhaling slowly for a count of six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling last for four counts,

Two,

Three,

Two,

One.

As you continue to inhale and exhale at your own pace,

Imagine your body melting deeper and deeper and deeper into the earth.

Continue this breath for a few rounds,

Letting your heart rate slow,

Letting your body feel deeply cared for.

Inhaling deeply as you receive this affirmation,

I am safe,

I am supported,

I am nourished,

And so it is.

Imagining a waterfall of healing energy flowing down over your head,

Through your body,

Into the earth.

This energy is replenishing everything you've given out today,

Filling you back up with light,

Love,

And vitality.

Visualize your nervous system glowing like a network of golden pathways,

Calm,

Balanced,

Deeply rested.

You are now in harmony.

Your body knows how to reset.

Trust this process.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes gently,

Feeling yourself returning to your body with renewed calm.

Notice the steadiness in your breath,

The softness in your mind,

And the deep sense of safety now anchored in your being.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing this peace into the rest of your day.
