This course helped me realize how my experiences, thoughts and limiting beliefs stay stuck in my belly. I was able to reflect, release and shine light on many of those things that I've held on to. I was neither expecting nor prepared for the depths to which this course took me. Such a masterful treatment of a highly sensitive topic, one fraught with judgement, resistance, and avoidance, for myself and many others I'm sure. Aside from the thoughts I have already posted in the course chat, all I can really say is, thank you for the metaphorical gut punch (pun intended). It doesn't feel good but it feels necessary and ultimately healing. From a production perspective, I would REALLY love longer fade-outs on the tracks. It is jarring for them to end so abruptly and I find that it rather disrupts the emotional state that I have reached, when I would prefer to ride that down more gently.
