Before we begin,

Just pause,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of anything that is not this moment.

The past is behind you,

The future hasn't arrived yet,

All that exists is right here.

Breathe in deeply and exhale gently.

One more time,

Breathe in and feel the air filling your lungs and with your exhale let your body soften into the present.

You have been given another day,

Another sunrise,

Another chance to simply be.

Before the world wakes up,

Before your mind fills with to-do lists and expectations,

Before the noise of the day begins,

You are here,

Fully,

Deeply,

Completely.

Place your hand on your heart,

Feel its warmth,

Feel the steady rhythmic beat beneath your palm.

This is your life,

This is your moment and today you choose to step into it with gratitude.

Take a deep inhale and as you exhale,

Silently whisper ëthank youí.

Feel the gratitude flow through you like a gentle wave,

Not just as words but as an experience,

As an energy,

As something real.

Thank you for this breath,

For the simple,

Miraculous act of inhaling and exhaling without even thinking about it.

Thank you for this body,

Whether it feels strong,

Tired or somewhere in between,

It has carried you through every single moment of your life.

Thank you for this mind,

For its ability to dream,

To learn,

To reflect and to grow.

Now bring to mind one thing that you are deeply grateful for,

Not just something you should be grateful for,

But something that truly fills you with warmth when you think of it.

Hold this feeling and let it expand,

Let it fill every cell of your being.

Gratitude is not just a thought,

It is a frequency and right now,

You are vibrating in it.

Now take another deep breath in and let yourself feel grateful for something that hasnít happened yet,

Something you are calling in,

Something that your heart deeply desires.

Maybe itís a goal,

A vision,

A dream,

Maybe itís a feeling,

Freedom,

Peace,

Abundance or love,

Maybe itís a version of you that you are stepping into.

Whatever it is,

See it in your mindís eye and now feel it as if itís already real.

Let gratitude flood your body as if it has already happened.

Your body does not know the difference between memory and vision and when you feel gratitude for something in advance,

You align with it,

You attract it and you become it.

So breathe it in and let it anchor deep into your being.

You are already there.

Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you.

Notice the softness of your breath.

Notice the warmth of gratitude still pulsing in your heart.

You are stepping into this day as someone who is deeply blessed,

Deeply alive and deeply grateful.

No matter what happens today,

Return to this energy.

You are supported,

You are loved,

You are exactly where you need to be.

Take a final deep inhale,

Feeling gratitude flood your entire being and exhale with a soft smile ready to embrace the day.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

The world is waiting for you and you are ready.
