Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

You've arrived at the perfect moment.

Right now,

There's nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

This is your time to let go,

To exhale,

To sink into deep nourishing rest.

The day is behind you.

Every thought,

Every worry,

Every responsibility.

None of it matters in this moment.

All that matters is you,

Your breath and the deep healing rest that is already waiting for you.

Let's begin by softening the body,

Preparing it to drift effortlessly into sleep.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and exhale,

Releasing all tension.

One more time,

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs with fresh and calming energy.

Hold and exhale,

Letting go of any tightness,

Any heaviness.

Now feel the weight of your body pressing into your bed.

Feel yourself fully supported,

Completely safe,

Completely held.

There's nothing you need to do.

Just allow your body to melt into comfort.

Now bring your awareness to your mind.

Thoughts may still be lingering from the day,

Things that happened,

Things you need to do.

Tonight,

We're choosing to release them.

Your mind deserves rest just as much as your body.

Imagine that each thought is like a cloud drifting across the sky.

You don't need to chase them.

You don't need to hold onto them.

Simply let them pass,

Floating further and further away until all that remains is the clear,

Open space of stillness.

If a thought arises,

Simply acknowledge it and watch it drift away,

Like a leaf floating down a slow-moving river.

I invite you to imagine yourself in the most peaceful place in the world.

Maybe it's a quiet forest with trees swaying gently in the night breeze.

Maybe it's a warm beach where the waves softly kiss the shore.

Or maybe it's somewhere you've never been before,

But it feels like home.

Picture yourself lying in this peaceful place,

Completely relaxed,

Completely safe.

Above you,

The night sky is vast and endless,

Filled with soft,

Twinkling stars.

Each star represents a moment of peace,

A moment of stillness.

As you gaze up at the sky,

You realize that you,

Too,

Are part of this infinite,

Peaceful universe.

With every breath,

You are merging with this stillness,

This quiet,

This deep,

Endless rest.

Now allow these words to gently wash over you.

You don't need to say them out loud.

Simply listen and absorb and allow them to settle deep into your subconscious mind.

I am safe.

I am held.

I am at peace.

Sleep comes to me easily and effortlessly.

My body is healing.

My mind is resting.

My soul is recharging.

I release the day and welcome deep,

Restorative rest.

I trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

You notice your body sinking deeper into relaxation.

Your breath slows.

Your muscles soften.

Your mind drifts further into stillness.

Now,

There is nothing left to do,

Nothing left to think about,

Nothing left to hold onto.

Simply allow yourself to drift deeper and deeper.

Your breath is slow,

Steady,

Effortless.

Your body is heavy,

Relaxed,

At ease.

Your mind is quiet,

Open,

Free.

You are weightless,

Floating into the depth of sleep,

Wrapped in warmth,

Surrounded by peace.

You are safe.
