Meet your Teacher

Steph R. Long (she/they) is a certified Ayurvedic health teacher, meditation instructor, and well-being coach living on Miccosukee and Seminole land, now known as South Florida. Her work offers a unique blend of Ayurveda, meditation, positive psychology, and life coaching, centering the needs of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folx seeking positive change in their communities. Her wellness journey began in 2018 after her Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) diagnosis. Since then, mindfulness and meditation have become her anchors, while Ayurveda ignited a passion for understanding how daily choices impact well-being. Sharing these learnings is Steph's way of paying it forward.
