Hey love.

I am so glad that you're here.

If you're feeling lost,

Unsure,

Or like hope feels distant right now,

I want you to know that this moment right here is just for you.

So let's take a few minutes together to reset.

First,

Let's just get comfortable.

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Just find an easy position where you can be still.

And when you're ready,

I invite you to softly close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Whatever feels best for you in this moment.

And let's just start by coming into the here and now.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Letting go of anything that you don't need right now.

And let's do this again.

Inhaling deeply,

Feel your chest expand,

And exhale gently,

Releasing any tension,

Any worries,

Any heaviness.

And again,

One more time,

Deep breath in and a slow intentional breath out.

If you'd like,

You can join me in bringing in a little breath work.

This will help ground us,

Especially if we're feeling lost or disconnected.

Just begin breathing in a rhythmic pattern,

Inhaling for four counts,

Holding for four,

And exhaling for four.

Let's do this together.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And one more round.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Allow your breath to return to a natural rhythm now,

Breathing gently but still with intention.

And as we breathe,

Let's remind ourselves that it's okay to not have all the answers right now.

Sometimes we really need to just let go of the it all out.

Breathe into that release.

And if you're feeling lost right now,

It's okay.

I know that space can feel scary and it might feel like you're drifting with no direction,

But I want you to know that it's okay to not have everything figured out.

You don't have to have all the answers.

You don't need to rush yourself.

You don't need to do any of that.

So breathe in again,

Slow and deep,

Breathing in calm,

And breathe out,

Letting go of any tension or pressure that you've been carrying or placing onto yourself.

There is absolutely no rush here,

No expectation.

Just be present with yourself.

Sometimes the unknown is a space for growth.

You might not see the path right now,

My love,

But know that you're not lost forever.

You are simply in between and that's okay.

We all go through transitions and growth happens when we're willing to sit with the discomfort of not knowing.

So let's breathe together again.

Deep,

Slow inhale and exhale,

Letting go of any frustration or doubts that you've been holding.

You don't need to have everything figured out right now and you are allowed to take your time.

Let's take a moment here for affirmations just to remind you of your strength and resilience.

As you breathe deeply,

Repeat these affirmations with me either silently or out loud.

I trust that I'm exactly where I need to be even if I don't understand the path ahead.

I am allowed to take my time.

There is no rush.

I am worthy of peace even in times of uncertainty.

I release the pressure to have all the answers.

I am allowed to just be.

I trust that growth is happening even when I don't see it yet.

Let's breathe one more time together now,

Letting these affirmations sink in.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly,

Feeling the shift within.

Even when you feel lost,

I want you to know that you are still moving forward.

You're still growing even if it doesn't feel like it and sometimes the most important thing is to just allow yourself to be in this space,

To trust that you're on the right path even if it's not clear yet.

So allow yourself to release any pressure you've been holding and as you breathe here in these final moments,

Just allow yourself to soften.

It's okay to let go of the need to have it all together.

Just let yourself be.

Slowly,

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the room.

Notice the space around you,

The sounds,

The feelings and know that no matter where you are on your journey,

You're exactly where you need to be.

You are not behind.

You are moving at your own pace and that's okay.

That is what we call divine timing.

Take one last deep breath and when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Know that you're okay and you've given yourself the gift of this reset and that is enough.

I’ve had many inspirational and helpful meditations on this site. But this one! This one was not only found through divine timing, but this one meditation helped me refocus, reset, and approach my challenges with compassion. Thank you so very much for sharing this meditation.
