Good morning,

My name is Steph and I am so grateful to have you here today.

This is a 15-minute guided meditation intended to help you start your morning with peaceful rounded awareness.

Let's begin our meditation this morning by finding the seated position that feels the most supportive to you.

Perhaps that's in a chair,

Maybe that's on the floor,

Or maybe it's even lying down if you're still in bed.

If your eyes are open,

I invite you to close them as we begin to go inward together,

Taking a moment to be present with what's around you,

The things you can feel,

The things you can hear,

Anything that you can smell.

Now just landing softly inside of your body as you observe how you're feeling,

Recognizing that each morning feels different because we are constantly changing from day to day.

Recognizing the impermanence of each and every moment and finding gratitude for the opportunity that this impermanence gives us to constantly start anew.

And now just beginning to deepen your breath and lengthen your exhales.

With each inhale,

Imagining life and light flowing into your mind,

Flowing into your body,

Flowing into your soul.

And with each exhale,

Just letting go of anything that does not serve you this morning.

If it is not serving you,

Give yourself permission to let it go.

You no longer need to hold on to it.

Imagine it disseminating and then dissolving into the air with your exhales,

Creating space for the newness that this day has in store.

With each breath,

Just feeling yourself become a little more grounded,

Inviting in peace,

Flow and fluidity to your day.

If your mind is wandering,

Know that that is okay.

Let go of your thoughts,

Let them go and return your focus to your breath.

Feel as your chest and belly expand with each deep inhale,

Witnessing the expansion as you rightfully take up space.

And with each long exhale,

Just witnessing how that peace and that flow and that fluidity cascade over your entire being,

Witnessing the softening of your body as it lets go of any tension or any resistance to this present moment.

Now I'd like to remind you that this time is yours and there is no need to rush.

Leaning into this present moment,

I invite you to feel into the qualia of this soft,

Nurturing,

Grounding energy just pouring over your body,

Observing how each part of your body surrenders to its essence,

Starting at the crown of your head and all the way down,

Down,

Down to the soles of your feet.

Any tension in your neck just slowly melting away.

Any tension in your shoulders,

Your back just slowly melting away.

How does it feel to release this tension?

How does it feel to become soft?

Feeling this softness and ease continue its way down to your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Your calves,

All the way down to your feet and into the ground where you are rooted and supported.

Continue to take deep breaths as your breath rises and falls and now that we are settled into our bodies,

What do you feel?

Can you feel the air moving through your nose,

Your throat,

Your chest?

Can you feel the beating of your heart?

If you can feel it,

What is it telling you in this moment?

What exists inside of you this morning?

Maybe it's joy.

Maybe it's excitement for the day ahead.

Or maybe it's the opposite of that.

Maybe it's dread.

Maybe it's frustration.

Know that there is no wrong answer to this question.

We are simply observing our human experience.

Holding space for what is so we can experience the totality of our existence.

Free of judgment.

So that we may observe where we may be able to lighten our load.

No matter how you are feeling,

Know that it's okay.

No matter how you are feeling,

Know that you are okay.

The universe has got you.

You have got you.

Now allow the softness and the ease that we just invited into this moment to hold you.

To remind you of the stability and the support that is always available to you within you.

If you'd like,

I invite you to place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Taking a deep inhale in.

Witnessing the stability and support in your hands.

Before you exhale and allow them to soften and just be.

Now take a few final deep breaths.

Allowing your hands to rest in your lap.

And for a moment,

Just sit with the beautiful supportive energy that you have cultivated this morning.

Thank you for meditating with me.

My name is Steph and I'll see you next time.

What a sublime meditation! So gentle and free—deeply calming and energetically attuning. I adored the astral music too. Thank you so much, Steph. 🫶✨
