I'm so glad you're here with me today.
Take a moment to find a comfortable spot.
Maybe you're sitting,
Maybe you're lying down,
Wherever you are just allow your body to settle.
Let yourself relax into this space.
And if you're ready,
I invite you to close your eyes or hold a soft gaze and take a deep breath in with me and let it go.
And just notice how your body starts to soften already.
Let's do that again.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And we're going to take a little time today to reset,
To release that feeling of being behind,
Of not being where you think you should be.
And you're going to reset your nervous system,
Soften the pressure and I invite you to give yourself permission to just be where you are.
So just be with your breath now.
As you continue breathing,
Let your awareness drop into the present moment.
Feel where your body is touching the ground or whatever you're resting on.
Feel your feet,
Feel your legs,
Your hands.
Take a breath and feel the surface beneath you,
Supporting you.
And just let that support sink in.
You are held right here,
Right now.
And if there's any tension in your body,
Just notice it.
No need to fix it.
Just notice.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to relax even more.
Let your breath guide you back to this moment,
In and out gently.
And now let's check in with what might be weighing on you.
Maybe it's the thought that you're falling behind in some way or maybe you haven't achieved everything you thought you would by now.
Maybe it's that feeling of pressure or a belief that you're not where you should be.
Whatever it is,
Just let it be here for a moment.
No need to push it away or judge it.
Just notice how it feels.
Maybe it's a tightness in your chest or a flutter in your stomach.
Wherever you feel it,
Send yourself some kindness.
Let yourself be with this feeling without rushing to change it.
You're safe to feel this way.
You're safe to pause.
Now,
I want you to imagine a place,
Any place,
That feels peaceful and calm and gentle.
This is a space where time flows naturally with no rush,
No deadlines,
No fear of missing out,
No pressure to do anything but just be.
Maybe it's somewhere in nature,
Somewhere by the water or in a quiet garden or under a big open sky.
Or maybe it's a place that's just for you,
A space you've created in your mind.
In this space,
Everything happens exactly as it's meant to.
You're not behind and you don't need to hurry.
Everything is unfolding in perfect divine timing for you.
So allow that truth to sink in like a deep knowing,
Like a deep breath of fresh air.
You're right where you need to be.
There's nothing more to do right now.
Just be here.
As you settle into this peaceful space,
I'd like to share a few words with you.
You can repeat them quietly to yourself or just let them softly land.
I am right where I need to be.
I trust the pace of my life and I honor my own timing.
I am not behind.
I'm on my own path and that is enough.
I release the need to rush or compare myself to others.
I am worthy,
I am whole,
And I am capable just as I am.
Take a moment to really feel the truth of these words.
Let them sink into your body,
Your heart.
Let them reverberate there.
You are not behind,
My love.
You are exactly where you need to be.
And now,
Feel that calm start to fill you up.
Feel it move from your chest down to your feet and all the way up to your head.
Feel it like a soft wave washing over you,
Melting away any tension or doubts.
And feel your nervous system reset with each breath,
Becoming calmer,
More centered.
You are in the flow.
You're right on time.
There's no rush.
Take one more deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Just let go of anything that's left.
Know that this sense of calm,
Of trust,
It is yours to carry with you.
You can always return to this moment,
To this peace,
Whenever you need.
And when you're ready,
Just slowly bring your awareness back to your body,
Maybe wiggling your toes or your fingers or inviting a gentle sway.
Feel your body where it's resting.
Bring your awareness back to the room.
Notice the space around you.
And in your own time,
Just gently flutter your eyes open,
Bringing with you that sense of calm and trust and knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.
