The course was inspired by my direct experience and transformational journey with food, health and well being in general. I went from eating junk food and excess meat every day, to being vegetarian, vegan, and eventually raw-vegan, which is the diet and lifestyle that I thrive on today. This was one of the most transformative journeys I’ve been through and in this course, I want to share with you the golden nuggets of this journey, which I know will inspire you, and of course, the main benefits that I experienced on the raw vegan diet, and ultimately, simple tips that will help you transition as well. My approach is very simple and intuitive. I do not overwhelm you with nutritional terms and science. This is not a course on nutrition but rather an awareness course that can help you shift your consciousness towards ultimate health and well-being.

This is a really good overview. I would love to have more on the actual transition and how it feels. I’ve been incorporating more raw food, and just before the pandemic started I was going to try a month of raw vegan. Needless to say with the pandemic, and living alone, I needed my comfort foods which weren’t vegan! But I have gotten more and more raw and I would love to hear more about issues and difficulties that come up.
