Here,
I will guide you through a meditation practice to that feeling of deep inner peace that you can find right now.
So let's go straight into it.
Find a comfortable position.
Put your headphones on for a better experience.
Close your eyes,
Relax and receive.
I want you to put your awareness on your heart.
Feel how this magnificent design that works like an engine inside of you is unconditionally working on your behalf.
It helps your blood pumping to all the cells in your body,
Nourishing them and keeping you alive and healthy.
It does that by default,
With no effort on your side.
It also helps you feel.
It serves you as a navigational system through emotions and feelings,
So that you can find your way into this world.
Now I want you to take a few deep breaths straight into your heart,
Acknowledging its importance and being grateful for it and for yourself.
So take a deep breath in and a breath out with a sound of release.
Take another deep breath in and exhale with a sound of release.
And another one in and this time hold it in.
Take another sip of air,
Hold it.

Find peace in this letting go.
In this deep surrender to your heart.
It is everything you need right now.
It is everything you need in every single moment.
When you forgot about how magnificent you are.
How connected and alive you are.
Find satisfaction in this.
Find deep rooted peace in this.
Now I want you to visualize yourself from a few meters above.
See yourself in the room you are in.
Now go further up and see yourself in the city or town you are in.
Let's go further up and see yourself in the country you are in.
Simply zoom out.
Now even further see yourself on the continent you are in.
And further up see yourself on this beautiful planet you are on.
See the entire planet and you being on it.
Traveling through space.
Can you feel the letting go of all your perceived problems and issues here?
Can you let them go a little bit more?
Can you surrender them to God,
To the universe?
Knowing that all your solutions are there,
Ready to be received by you when you are in this place of acceptance and peace.
Feel this deeper feeling of peace again in your heart and in your mind as well.
Rest in this feeling for a couple more minutes while you observe yourself and the entire planet from above.
Just sit with yourself in this deep feeling of peace and letting go.
Now slowly come back again and view the continent that you are on.
Go deeper down and see the country you are in and then the city or town.
See the building you are in and now see yourself in it.
Come down into your heart deeper and feel it for a few moments.
Feel the energy of forgiveness towards yourself first and then to others.
Feel your entire body being energized by your heart physically and energetically.
What problems can you have from here that can shake up your peace and are not solvable?
How would you go about them now,
Feeling this sense of peace inside you?
How would you approach life from this place?
If no clarity comes to you,
Then simply ask the universe for more clarity.
Knowing now that your first task is to just find this place of inner peace and simply be in it.
That's it.
That's your only major task you need to hold on to.
All other tasks and responsibilities are dealt from this place.
All emotions can be felt from here and all situations can be experienced from here.
In complete safety and surrender to the truth that you are,
To the peace that lies within you at all times.
Come back to this place from now on every single time when you forget.
You can either do this practice again or try one of your own.
Your soul knows what you need every single moment.
Trust it.
Surrender to it.
Be patient.
Be gentle on yourself.
Nothing in the world is worthy of you letting go of your peace.
Remember to practice regulating your nervous system so that you would feel your own peace by default every single day.
Continue with the practices in lesson 4 for 30 days and repeat them any time after.
This is your devotion towards yourself,
Towards your peace.
Now come back to your body and to your breath.
Take a deep breath in and breath out.
Take another deep breath in and breath out.
And the last one in and breath out.
Celebrate yourself for being devoted to your inner work.
You are more than worthy.
You are wonderful.
You are a child of the universe.
Remember that.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and observe what changed about you in this very moment.
