
Powerful Shadow Work - Guided Meditation

Hello beautiful being.
Welcome to this guided meditation to integrate your shadow or any uncomfortable feeling that is going right now in your awareness.
This meditation will help you find relief again in a peace and alignment with your source within you.
I want you to find the best comfortable position.
It doesn't matter if it's lotus position,
If you lie on the bed,
On a chair,
In your car,
At your office,
Whatever feels comfortable for you right now.
Start with a deep breath.
And out.
And another one in.
And out.
And another one in.
Close your eyes.
And start putting awareness on the top of your head.
Imagine how golden fluid light is touching the top of your head.
It's going slowly down to your eyes,
Filling all of your head area,
To your nose,
To your mouth and ears,
To your neck,
Going down to the shoulders,
Into your right arm,
Right elbow,
And slowly down to your hand and into each and every finger.
Now bring it up again into the shoulder area.
And start going down into the left arm,
Left elbow,
Left hand,
And all of your left hand fingers.
And now come back into your shoulder areas and go down into your chest,
Your stomach,
Your lower back,
Your upper back,
And see how this golden fluid simply fills your entire being.
Down to your waist,
Down to your right leg,
To your knee,
To your right foot,
And all of your right toes.
Now go back to your waist again.
And let it fill up your left leg,
Your left knee,
Down to your foot,
Toes.
Let yourself fully surrender into this light.
This golden light.
Imagine yourself taking a bath in it.
Observe if you have any thoughts,
And if you do,
It's fully okay.
Now imagine the moment before this meditation,
And what was the uncomfortable feeling giving you a hard time.
For the next part,
We will dive deep into this feeling,
Helping you to release it and integrate it fully.
I want you to feel fully this feeling into your awareness right now.
I want you to feel this uncomfortable feeling and try to define it.
It can be anger,
Frustration,
Judgment,
Sadness,
Hate,
Lack.
Just feel its presence,
And allow it to be.
Now,
Let's find its root cause.
Go deep into your memory,
And try to remember when was the first time you felt that feeling.
It can be from your childhood,
From your teenage years.
It could be generated from a family fight,
From a school situation,
From a job situation,
From a kindergarten situation,
Or even before from a previous lifetime that you might not have fully awareness of.
If you cannot feel the first memory of it,
Then go progressively.
Try to feel the last memory of it,
When did it last happen,
And previously of that,
And so on until you find the root of it,
As much as you can remember.
Now if you found it,
Completely see that scenario again.
Who was the person who made you feel that way?
What was the situation?
It might be a school situation,
Again it might be a family situation,
Your partner,
Friends,
A colleague at work,
A stranger on the street.
Now take a deep breath again,
And out.
And look the situation,
This person in its eyes,
Face it fully.
And repeat these words.
Thank you.
Thank you for teaching me to contrast what I actually want and how I want to feel what I desire to experience and what I don't.
I completely forgive you for the situation that happened between us,
For the uncomfortable feeling that was generated.
Because now I want freedom from it.
Now I want room for expansion,
For liberation,
For love and peace.
And this uncomfortable feeling stands in the doorway.
And by forgiving you,
I'm liberating myself.
Thank you for the experience,
Thank you for the lesson.
I release you now.
Now I want you to go with your awareness in your heart space.
And feel deep compassion for yourself.
And repeat these words.
I forgive myself for not knowing best or better at that time.
I forgive myself for letting the situation control my life.
I forgive myself because I deserve to feel better,
To feel lighter,
To feel peace and to be free.
I'm committed from now on,
Every time this feeling still arises,
To take a deep breath,
To pause,
Fully see that is not who I am,
Not who I want to be and not gonna control the way I act and react in life,
Starting now.
And if it does,
I will not be hard on myself.
And I will repeat this meditation or this experience again.
I'm truly seeing now how this uncomfortable feeling generated patterns of behavior in my being,
How it conditioned me to be in certain ways.
And I feel now how it fully releases my body,
My awareness and sets me free.
I'll take three deep breaths again.
I'll take three deep breaths again.
Feel your alignment and your life force energy coming back into your body.
Feel this golden energy keeping you safe,
Keeping you aware.
Feel slowly your awareness on your body again,
Starting with both of your feet,
Both of your knees,
Your both legs,
Your waist,
Your stomach,
Chest,
Upper back and lower back.
Now feel your hands again and your arms,
Your fingers go up to your neck and shoulders.
Feel your face,
Your eyes and your whole head.
And put your right hand on your heart space.
And say these words towards yourself.
I am proud of myself.
I'm constantly expanding.
I'm aware that shadows and uncomfortable experiences makes me have depth,
Makes me grow,
Makes me expand.
And I'm aware that they teach me to contrast what I actually want,
How I desire to feel and what do I want to experience from now on.
I completely love myself,
Forgive myself.
And I will remember each time when I go to uncover good feelings to come back to this space,
To come back to this awareness and release the feeling of integrate.
Now whenever you feel ready,
Start opening your eyes again.
Come back into your body with your awareness.
Feel yourself alive.
Feel yourself fresh,
New.
And go on with your life knowing that every experience teaches you something,
Teaches you more about yourself,
What you want,
What you don't want and allows you to expand and evolve.

Thank you for allowing yourself to expand.
