Through guided meditations and reflective questions, you’ll learn how to sit with your emotions and accept them without judgment. You'll explore how to mindfully respond to grief's intensity, cultivating self-compassion and loving-kindness. By the end of the course, you’ll have tools to embrace the healing process with greater peace, gaining a deeper understanding of your grief journey and the emotions that come with it. What To Expect: Session 1 (25 min): Be with It – Explore the basics of grief and mindfulness, understanding how to sit with emotions without resistance. Meditation focuses on finding stillness amidst pain. Session 2 (25 min): All of It – A deeper dive into the stages of grief, teaching how to identify and navigate them through meditation. Reflective questions guide students in recognizing their personal grief journey. Session 3 (18 min): Loving Kindness – Closing session focusing on cultivating loving-kindness toward oneself and others, offering a gentle space for healing and compassion.

Be With It

In this session, we’ll explore how to sit with grief and fully experience the emotions that arise without judgment. Through mindfulness techniques and a guided meditation, you’ll learn to create space for your grief, allowing yourself to feel and acknowledge the intensity of the emotions. This session will help you build a foundation of presence and acceptance, guiding you to simply "be with" your grief as it unfolds.

All Of It

In our second session, we’ll dive deeper into the stages of grief, exploring how each stage manifests in your life. You’ll learn to identify and navigate these stages with awareness, gaining tools to respond mindfully to the emotional ups and downs of the grieving process. With guided meditations and reflective questions, this session offers a deeper understanding of grief’s natural cycle, helping you to embrace "all of it" as part of your healing journey.

Lesson 3

Loving-Kindness

The final session focuses on cultivating self-compassion and loving-kindness. You’ll be guided through a Loving-Kindness meditation, offering gentleness and warmth toward yourself and others. This session is about nurturing yourself during your grief, encouraging you to extend compassion in moments of pain and loss. By the end, you’ll have a practice you can turn to whenever you need comfort and support, helping you to heal with kindness and care.

I really connected with this course. It was perfect for where I’m at. I came into it in what I would describe as a pretty numb and distracted state in the 2+ weeks since my fathers passing. I was able to slow down and connect with this material well. I appreciated the invitation to connect with each of the stages in class 2 and the deeper dive in class 3. The repetition was good to keep pulling me back. Breath anchor guidance was timely throughout the course. I’m appreciative of the beautiful energy and guidance was shared. I was left in an open and connected state. I will likely revisit classes 2 or 3 if needed. ♥️🙏
