There will be no bell or guidance to bring you back to waking, all the sessions are meant for you to drift off to sleep soon after. Much like a gentle therapeutic coaching session where you simply listen and let your soul reflect all the way through to your sleep.


Meet your Teacher

Christina has been on her spiritual journey for over 10 years now having been in company with many enlightening spiritual gurus, yoga teachers and Reiki Masters throughout her life. Here she shares her own insights and lessons learned. She has a certification in yoga Nidra, positive psychology, reiki and breath work to support this course offered here.

Sanctuary

Insight

In this micro lesson you contemplate the inner strength that resides in you and how it is born out of unexpected ways. By tuning into what makes you strong allows for a restful sleep as you retire from the day feeling peaceful and holding a sense of love in your mind and body instead of fear and worry before your bedtime.Allow yourself to drift off with a body scan.

Liberation

In this micro lesson you become aware that you were never meant to be ordinary. Here you learn to explore and go beyond the boundaries and limitations that others have set for you. You practice contemplation by exploring this space of freedom. Adopting the mindset of felling bountiful abundant and liberated assures a restful and peaceful sleep.

Embodiment

In this micro lesson you adopt the behaviour and practice of gratitude .You learn that being thankful puts your body and mind at peace allowing for a well deserved rest. Being aware that hidden messages are sometimes heard in the most simple yet magical events, like the setting sun.You ultimately realise that you are your own master at manifestation.

Rejuvenation

In this last micro lesson, you learn that the basics of wellbeing and wholeness is found in the simplicity of eating well, drinking plenty of water and in resting. That this is fudamental. It is in this fundamentality and the simpleness of it, is where we ease into a strong immune system, a simple yet powerful message to your soul.Tonight you lay the intention to plant the seeds of a life of health and wellness and drift to sleep with a new behaviour of intention setting.
