Lesson 1
The Vagus Nerve Route & The Auricular Branch
In order to begin the session, we will deepen the connection with our bodies by sensing every part and focusing on every function. The body scan is an effective way to begin a mindful healing practice. We will tune into our bodies to reconnect with our physical selves and notice every sensation.
Once we relax and relax deeper, we start our journey from the brain stem, where the vagus nerve begins, and follow its route exploring its functions branch by branch. By briefly visiting every organ it innervates, we will familiarize ourselves with the nerve, understand the structure, and improve focus and comprehension.
When the journey along the length of the nerve is over, we will come back to the first branch and stimulate the auricular area by massaging central zones of our ears innervated by the auricular part of the nerve.
Focus and concentration are the essences of the session. We will be practicing it every day, becoming better at it, and developing a stronger connection with our bodies.

Lesson 2
The Pharyngeal Branch
In order to begin the session, we will deepen the connection with our bodies by sensing every part and focusing on every function. The body scan is an effective way to begin a mindful healing practice. We will tune into our bodies to reconnect with our physical selves and notice every sensation.
Once we relax and relax deeper, we start our journey from the brain stem, where the vagus nerve begins, and follow its route exploring its functions in our pharynx (throat). We will use the power of our thoughts to stimulate a physiological reaction in our bodies. You will experience the connection between our mind and our body in practice. Once you experience it, you will use the visual stimulation approach until the end of the course.

Lesson 3
The Laryngeal Branch
In order to begin the session, we will deepen the connection with our bodies by sensing every part and focusing on every function. The body scan is an effective way to begin a mindful healing practice. We will tune into our bodies to reconnect with our physical selves and notice every sensation.
Once we relax and relax deeper, we start our journey from the brain stem, where the vagus nerve begins, and follow its route exploring its functions in our larynx (voice box). We will sing along and explore the potential of our vocal cords every time we sing. Feel free to pick any tune you want and sing it from your heart.
Use the power of your thoughts to stimulate the expansion of your voice, improving pitch and volume, and perfecting verbal communication.

Lesson 4
The Cardiac Branch & The Blood Pressure
In order to begin the session, we will deepen the connection with our bodies by sensing every part and focusing on every function. The body scan is an effective way to begin a mindful healing practice. We will tune into our bodies to reconnect with our physical selves and notice every sensation.
We will use the "5 Senses" technique when we activate every sense separately and then use the connection between them to activate our sixth sense. We will do it to stabilize our blood pressure and our heart. The technique can be used every day for faster relaxation.
Use the power of our thoughts to stimulate the connection between your senses, improving your intuition, smell, vision, touch, and hearing. Regular use of the technique can improve smelling sense, especially if you have it as a post-covid symptom.

Lesson 5
The Pulmonary Branch
In order to begin the session, we will deepen the connection with our bodies by sensing every part and focusing on every function. The body scan is an effective way to begin a mindful healing practice. We will tune into our bodies to reconnect with our physical selves and notice every sensation.
We will practice a 'balloon breath' exercise to stimulate abdominal breathing. You can practice this simple exercise by blowing up a certain number of balloons each day or just visualize how your abdomen expands like a balloon when you are breathing. This exercise allows your lungs to take in oxygen during inhalation and expel carbon dioxide as you exhale.
Blowing up balloons, while exercising the lungs’ ability to expand and take in air, as one of the main functions of the vagus nerve, does not affect the size or number of alveoli contained in the lungs. Alveoli are just air sacs through which oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange happens with the blood.

The Hepatic Branch

We will relax deeper, starting our journey from the brain stem, where the vagus nerve begins, and follow its route, exploring its functions branch by branch. By briefly visiting every organ it innervates, we will express our gratitude to the nerve, as we now understand the structure, importance, and benefits of its existence.
When the journey along the length of the nerve is over, you can pick any day you feel you need the most and listen to it regularly to get the most benefits out of it.
