
Love Your Body
If you struggle to accept your body as it is, if you lost connection with your body, this meditation with suggestions will help you rebuild the connection with your body. This recording will help people with body dysmorphia and those who are emotional eaters. If you listen to this recording for at least 21 days on a regular basis, you will notice a phenomenal change inside and outside, because your body is forgiving and it can give you everything in exchange for love and appreciation.

Hello everyone,
My name is Gulmira and I prepared for you a beautiful meditation with affirmative messages and all messages are aimed to strengthen your love towards your body.
This meditation is for those who do not accept the body they are in,
Who lost connection with their body,
Who feel unhappy about their body.
There are many people who wish they were slimmer or bigger,
Who feed their body with unhealthy food and don't hear what their body is telling them in response to that.
This meditation will help you love your body,
Build a stronger connection between your mind and your body and will make you fall in love with the home you are in.
I call my body my home because this is my friend and this is my home where I live all my life.
Listen to this recording for at least 3 weeks,
1-2 times a day to experience a positive transformational change about your body.
Ideally you will need 8 weeks of listening to it every day to get a healthy body loving relationships with your body,
Illuminating health,
Confidence and love towards yourself.
Let's begin.
Get yourself comfortable either sitting down or lying down and I would like you to focus on a spot on a ceiling far behind you or look at your own eyebrows.
Really focus now and as you do take a deep breath in and just relax by breathing out tension,
Negativity and other unpleasant feelings and thoughts.
Take another breath in,
Still concentrating on that spot or on your own eyebrows and as you let that breath out notice that your eyes are beginning to grow tired and heavy.
As you keep looking at the spot it may begin to change shape,
Size or color as the room around you blurs and begins to become hazy.
And as you breathe in again you may find your eyes beginning to water as the muscles around the eyes begin to grow tired causing you to blink and breathe out slowly.
And as you sit or lay there so peacefully beginning to enjoy those first signs of relaxation,
Really focusing on that spot now you perhaps find your eyes becoming so heavy,
So tired,
So hard to keep open now.
And as those eyes flutter wanting to close you let them close and as you let them close now sealed shut so you can begin to let your mind drift.
Any noise you hear around you is helping you to relax even deeper.
As you begin to experience those inner sensations of relaxation you will find that those sounds just begin to fade away in the distance until the only sound you are really focusing on is the sound of my voice.
It will help you become calm and peaceful and as you focus on my voice you can start becoming aware of all the muscles getting loose,
Turning loose,
Feeling loose.
Every time you inhale you inhale calmness and every time you exhale you exhale tension,
Worries and then you are relaxing deeper into the moment.
As you breathe in you inhale calmness and as you breathe out you are travelling deeper into relaxation.
I would like you to imagine clearly five steps down and every step down is taking you deeper and deeper into a state of deep relaxation.
And as you approach the staircase there is a handrail you can hold on to to keep control on your way down.
As you step down to step five you are slowly,
Calmly,
Easily relaxing even deeper.
You are taking step four relaxing deeper more comfortably wondering how deeply relaxed you can become and you are taking step three.
You can hear your feet,
See your feet,
Feel your feet taking each step and you are taking step two.
You feel that heightened awareness ready to make changes,
Opening,
Unlocking and you are taking step one.
You are at the bottom of the stairs feeling safe and calm and the only number left is zero.
Now you imagine floating down through the middle of that zero where everything will change all the worries,
Thoughts,
Negative beliefs waiting outside of that zero and you are floating,
Drifting peacefully in the middle.
Nothing is important.
Now as your physical and mental body are in a very relaxing state I want you to dig deeper into your inner world,
Into each cell of your body from the crown of your head to your toes.
Scan your body.
This whole kingdom so intelligent,
So complicated is called the body.
It is your home from the very first day of your life.
This body was created for you and designed by you.
You are the only owner of your body.
You are the only landlord.
Your body is your home.
You can make it more cozy or you can make it more uncomfortable.
You can make it your happy home or you can make it a place where you feel sad and broken.
You can make it bigger or you can make it slimmer.
It is yours to make anything you want with it.
It is yours to build or to destroy it.
You choose to love it and accept it.
Love your home.
Love your body.
As you drift down,
Travel down,
Going down with every word I say you experience a transformation happening inside you.
You accept your body.
You accept your home just the way it is.
You love the place you are in because this is the only place which is given to you,
Created for you and designed by you and it stays with you for the whole life.
You cannot escape.
Make it your happy home.
Make it your cozy place to live,
To love and to be loved in.
You cannot exist without your body and your body cannot exist without you.
Without each other you do not exist.
You too are partners for life and there is no other way than to accept each other and love each other just the way you are.
You accept your home the way it is because it is your mobile friend,
You take it with you everywhere you go and it is the only friend who will be there for you whatever happens.
It arrived with you into this world and it will leave this world with you.
You love your body.
You love your home.
You are the only one who has this body and you make it the most exciting and rewarding experience in life to become your body's best friend.
No one is perfect.
As long as you live in your body it is becoming the most loving experience for you and for your body.
No one in this world has the body like yours and nobody in this world has the soul like yours.
It is a mutual and eternal love which lives long and loves forever.
Only you can change your body.
Only you can change the home you live in.
Only you can change the thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions you feed your body with.
Make it feel cozy and make it cozy for yourself.
Make it loving.
Make it your holy place.
Listen to it,
Hear it,
Talk to it,
Respond to it and give it what it asks for.
When your body knows that you care it will start caring for you too.
If there is any problem,
Disease or condition,
Issue you are going through this is your body trying to tell you something.
Your body needs you.
Listen to it,
Love it and accept it with or without a condition or a disease.
Remember you always have a choice.
If you choose love instead of hatred,
You choose health instead of sickness.
You choose life instead of death.
You choose a happy long lasting life and you leave it with your body.
You leave it in your body.
As you go deeper,
Travel deeper,
Moving deeper into a deeper state of relaxation,
You gradually discover the inner voice of your body.
Your intuition is the language your body uses to connect.
Your intuition becomes stronger and your desire to connect with your body becomes more prominent.
It becomes real and you become more and more aware of your body's wishes and desires.
You become confident in your ability to take decisions towards well-being of your body,
Of your only true friend.
Every day you listen to this recording,
Your love for your body grows immensely and your intuition becomes more and more clear and noticeable.
Listen to your gods.
Listen to your instinct.
Use your intuition.
This is your body trying to talk to you.
You are experiencing a change which will start taking place in your life straight after you listen to this recording and will be progressing each time after listening more often every day.
You listen to it and you begin noticing how much you are in touch with your body and how much your body is in touch with you.
Every day your love towards your body grows,
You start noticing a phenomenal transformation.
You feel what your body likes and what your body doesn't like.
You feed your body with the foods your body really wants and you know exactly what your body wants because your intuition tells you.
You are becoming a selective eater.
You are choosing your words,
Your thoughts,
Your feelings and emotions because you know that whatever you think,
Whatever you experience,
Your body feels for you.
Your body is always there to protect you.
And now it is your wish,
Your desire to protect your body from negative thoughts,
From negative feelings and from the food which is not healthy.
The more you listen to this recording,
The stronger the connection between you and your body becomes and the bigger your love towards your body grows.
Now your body's ability to give you what you want becomes stronger because you have established unbreakable communication between you two.
Every day as you listen to this recording you hear your body clearer with your inner voice with your strong intuition.
Just eight weeks is what you need to build a strong core,
Strong connection with your body which will never break.
Because you are the only owner of your body.
You cherish it and you guard it.
You belong to each other.
It is your friend.
It is your home.
Your body is your treasure.
Your body has been with you from the day you were born.
No matter what,
It's been always with you.
It's been protecting you.
It's been suffering with you.
Make it an unforgettable and the happiest journey you two have ever had.
With these words,
Feeling of compassion,
With this wonderful statement of truth,
On account of three you slowly coming back to your conscious,
Feeling different and in love with the body you are in even more than the day before.
On the count of one,
You take a deep breath in and out.
On the count of two,
You are moving your toes and fingers.
On the count of three,
You're opening your eyes,
Feeling transformed,
Feeling widely awake and feeling in love with your body.
