COURSE

The Science & Practice Of Intuition

With Julia Mossbridge

This 10-day course is about a form of intuition called “precognition” — knowing about the future without using logic or the five senses. You will learn about the science of time and precognition, then you will be guided through step-by-step meditations and discussions to help you receive intuitions about future events as you practice “controlled precognition” along with free online resources at The Premonition Code website. Finally, you will receive some guidance for using precognition positively to help your life and the lives of others. This course is condensed from a book Dr. Mossbridge co-authored with Theresa Cheung, The Premonition Code.

Lesson 1

The Physics & Psychology Of Time

In this session, we’ll cover a brief overview of the physics and psychology of time as well as retrocausality, including discussion of the evidence that some important elements of intuition are based on precognition, or accessing information about future events in some way that is not well understood but is well established scientifically.

Lesson 2

How Does Precognition Work?

First, we’ll go over several hypotheses about the mechanisms underlying precognition and retrocausality, including a discussion of the psychological and neuroscientific evidence that gives scientists some hints about what might be going on with precognition. Then we’ll introduce some ideas about how to best establish and use your precognitive abilities. The rest of the course will be more practical than these two first classes, but they are necessary for basic understanding.

Lesson 3

Step 1 Of 6 Steps Of Controlled Precognition: Prepare

This session introduces controlled precognition, a form of remote viewing in which the target is known only in the future. A meditation takes you through the practical, physical, and mental preparation necessary for controlled precognition. We include a brief discussion of ideograms – picture-like symbols used to quickly communicate with the superconscious mind or your higher self. We’ll go over an important warning for people who might have delusional or unstable tendencies, and discuss mental health as a priority.

Lesson 4

Step 2 Of 6 Steps Of Controlled Precognition: Reverse The Polarity

This session offers a meditation to take you through your unique "higher-self handshake" – in which your ego or conscious self agrees to work hand-in-hand with your superconscious or higher self to retrieve information from the future. “Reversing the polarity” means that you move into receiving mode, away from the usual “action” mode. In this mode, it seems you are more likely to receive information about the future event you are predicting.

Lesson 5

Step 3 & 4 Of 6 Steps To Controlled Precognition: Connect To The Target & Learn And Discern

This class contains a meditation intended to help you connect to your future self. In addition, it describes the practical aspects of learning about a future target, including merging/blending/morphing with the target. Finally, it takes you through the logistics of recording the information you learn so that later you can refer to the information.

Lesson 6

Step 4 Of 6 Steps Of Controlled Precognition: Learn And Discern

This session is meant to be played over and over, each time you connect to a new element of the target. Eventually you will learn and discern much faster than is described in this class, but when you begin your controlled precognition practice, this extended format will probably be helpful.

Lesson 7

Step 4 & 5 Of 6 Steps To Controlled Precognition: Learn And Discern & Disconnect From The Target

The final “learn and discern” step is to create a general summary of your results by consulting with both your conscious self and your higher self about what they feel are the important aspects of the target. This course walks you through creating a summary, then explains the importance and logistics of disconnecting completely and cleanly from the target.

Lesson 8

Step 6 Of 6 Steps Of Controlled Precognition: Experience The Target

The final step to controlled precognition is to experience the target – whatever it is you were trying to use your intuition to sense. In this course, the target is provided by a website, but of course there are many potential targets you could use controlled precognition to sense. A meditation helps guide you to experience the target and send unconditional love to your past self, the one who was trying to learn and discern information about the target.

Lesson 9

Troubleshooting Your Positive Precog Practice

In this session, we’ll briefly discuss other ways to use controlled precognition and how it can be seen as a self-development practice, like meditation with feedback from the universe. We will also go over some of the potential pitfalls and difficulties, as well as some remedies for them. Finally, you’ll understand what a Positive Precog is, and think about whether you’d like to call yourself one.

Lesson 10

Essentials Of Becoming A Positive Precog

In this final session, we outline the Positive Precog REACH principles - Respect for the unknown, Ethics in our use of precognition, Accuracy in precognition and intuition, Compassion for ourselves and others, and Honesty in all our dealings. We will go over the ethics and time worldview aspects of a precognition practice. Finally, you’ll be encouraged to move forward positively in your practice to help yourself and others create change in responsible, loving ways.

I liked the course, but I got a little confused going back and forth (using the website). But I think I am on track now.

Great concept, having feedback for your intuition. I didn’t realize so much would be online on another website. It wasn’t my cup of tea, but I think it’s great for people with a scientific bent, or who are interested in research methodology. Thanks for presenting this material. Even though I didn’t do most of the online work with the random targets, I received benefit from the meditations and listening to the concepts. 🙏

I was disappointed overall. I appreciate that it worked for others, but I had a difficult time connecting with the material and methodologies. (And thank you, Julia for the generous response. I can only imagine the armor it would take to read a review like this and not take it personally. I do appreciate your work here in IT. And, I will keep trying to connect) ☺️

I didn't feel like going to the website and doing all the stuff. I did go there, but had trouble finding the place I was supposed to start. So I just listened to the course itself. I did like the meditations, but they didn't seem to have any formal ending, they just sorta petered out. I did buy your book and perhaps will try the website, dare I say it, in the future.🙂 Does using the website improve precognitive ability or just identify what is already there? I was hoping more for practical tips on how to improve intuition. Very much an earth type here. Thank you for an intriguing course.

This course provides a very detailed technique for gathering information from the future. The technique worked well for me. I did two test images on the web site and got uncannily accurate information about the images I would later see. I like that the instructions were concise, and the meditations were fun and relaxing. I really liked the notion of connecting to my future self. Apparently she hangs out in a very chic flat in the Pacific Northwest. Who knew? But seriously, it was entertaining to see where she lived, though I suspect those are just details that my brain randomly supplied about the “lab” space in my head. In just two tries I learned a lot about how my brain delivers information from the future to me—as a fairly literal image of the test picture. I like that there is a scientific method and unbiased feedback to test and develop accuracy. I liked that the ethics and spirit in which you practice precognition was emphasized. It’s kind of a gift, and should be respected and treated as something valuable that has been shared. Not used arrogantly or without concern for the powerful impact it could have on yourself or others.

it only half worked for me. the first half of the course (visualizing, 'talking to another self') was actually really useful, but by the time it came to writing words down, it really just felt like maybe i didn't have enough time or the recordings were clunky bc i kept trying to frantically switch between pausing my meditation to write things down while also looking at the site to determine what terms are and why i have to choose from only that small selection of tags and images and then switching back into meditation again and then listening to myself and then having to make decisions about specific questions. it all seemed to be too disruptive and kept frustrating me more than anything. sometimes i'd literally have no thoughts or feelings and i was told i should be writing something down. i was also unsure if each lesson should be listened to daily or if i should listen to some at one time, others one day per session -- bc some are just one step, while on the site a practice test is all the steps. and the tags change every time you reload the page so if you are told to follow along to only one step, it's confusing whether to continue or not. and some days i couldn't do it at all bc it was just weirdly demotivating. the forced affirmations of love and advice are nice, but border on unbelievable at times (even if there are constant claims that it scientifically works) so i don't know. it's also just hard to believe that this practice is real and scientific from the course, and maybe i need to look into the book to get better answers. i'll keep trying to take this seriously and see if things improve but on the immediate, the app's interaction to the site and to the "meditation" simultaneously is too overwhelming for someone just starting out.
