This is a daily practice for those who enjoy the Unconditional Love and Time Travel Therapy meditation but want a quick way to incorporate it into their mornings. It brings self-healing across time and space into your daily regimen.

Hello,

Go ahead and get comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Uncross your arms and your legs and feel that supportive,

Grounding tree growing from the center of the earth all the way up to support your bottom.

And feel the golden,

Glittery,

Glowing light of the unconditional love made just for you in that sphere above your head.

Bring that down into the center of your head between your ears.

Bring it down into every cell in your body and the area around your body as well.

Bring down just a little bit more into the center of your head in between your ears.

Now put the attention in the center of your head in between your ears.

And imagine that the space-time continuum is like fabric.

Plant a flag in now,

Here and now.

And plant a flag in a time when you had a difficult time before now.

While staying in now,

You're right next to the now flag.

Imagine with your intention taking the flag of the time when you had a difficult time in the past and pulling it towards now.

So those two flags are together.

Imagine your younger self standing next to that old flag.

And your current self standing next to the now flag.

What loving words,

Feelings or actions does your now self want to give to your past self?

Go ahead and do that now.

When you're ready,

Return the past flag and the younger self to their locations on the space-time continuum.

And allow the younger self to dissolve into the past.

Find another location on the space-time continuum in the future relative to now.

And plant a flag in it.

Keep your flag in the now.

And with your intention,

Bring that flag from the future toward you.

So now the future you is standing with the flag right next to the now you with your flag.

Both of them are yours.

What actions or words or feelings does that future self want to convey to the now self?

Spend some time receiving those now.

When you're ready,

With your intention,

Move that future flag and that future self back to their original spots on the space-time continuum.

Allow that future self to dissolve.

And stand with your now flag.

Feel how it feels to connect with and contain your past and future selves.

Celebrate with joy in your heart and consider writing down your experience so you could understand it better later.

When you're ready,

Of course,

Open your eyes and enjoy your day.

An amazing meditation. It’s a deeply moving experience to meet your younger, innocent self, chat, hug, hold, console, then watch him dissolve. Then to meet your wiser future self, sit with and just listen only to again, watch him fade away. Then to be yourself at this place in time, with a new appreciation and quiet excitement for possibility. It feels like a consolidation of personality, of selves and an openness to the future. A deeply moving and powerful experience.
