Lesson 1
Learning To Relax
Today I will guide you through a meditation that is the foundation of all meditations that I teach and is very much based on the practices I have learned from my teacher Alan Wallace (whose root lama is the Dalai Lama). Your body and mind's natural state is that of balance. When you tune in to your body's natural rhythms, you allow yourself to come back to that state of equilibrium. This is a simple and powerful practice that when you ‘get the hang of’, you can use anytime you feel unbalanced and want to return to your centre. When practiced regularly, this method will help you form a new habit of being in flow, where you allow your mind and body to deeply relax and yet, remain highly attentive and alert.

Lesson 2
Tuning In To Your Body
Today you will experience a meditation to help you strengthen your immunity and improve your physical resilience. Your body knows how to heal itself. In fact, its natural state is that of balance. Learning how to tune in to your body is the first step in allowing your body to come back into balance. This practice will help you learn how to pay attention intuitively to your own body and guide you through a process to let go of judgment and resistance to what you experience in your own body. We will also discuss the three main obstacles to meditation and how to overcome them.

Lesson 3
Experiencing Good Health Now
Today you will experience another meditation to help you strengthen your immunity and improve your physical resilience. Your mind is a very powerful tool which every cell in your body responds to. So, the messages you send to your body and the images you create of yourself in your mind will be reflected in your overall health.

Lesson 4
Releasing Negativity
Today’s practice is all about letting go of your resistance to your emotions and instead, learning to accept and embrace your full range of emotions. This mediation will help you get in touch with how you genuinely feel, allowing any negative emotions to surface in a gentle and safe way. Then, I will guide you through a process of awareness, acceptance, and letting go. This practice can help you love yourself in a more unconditional way.

Lesson 6
Tapping Into Your Healing Powers
Today you will discover the energy of your heart chakra. Once you learn how to tap into a higher resonance, it will become easier to access it when you need it. By raising your frequency you will find that your thoughts, emotions, and actions will automatically flow from a place of compassion and love. You won't have to try or work hard at being loving, as it will just arise naturally from within you. Because your heart chakra energy is a very powerful healer, this technique is great if you are feeling ill, you are responsible for taking care of others, or want to send healing to someone you know. It is also helpful in difficult times when you feeling lonely or are surrounded by negativity.

Lesson 7
Finding Joy & Inner Peace
Today I will share a second meditation to help you keep positive amid chaos and negativity. You are able to access inner joy and a sense of peace within you at all times. Even when it seems unreachable, it is there for you. This practice will help you get in touch with this joy and help you create a safe place that you can call ‘your sanctuary’. Many people find it comforting to know that this safe place exists for them and can be accessed anytime they feel low, overwhelmed, or negative. Your mind is a very powerful tool, so you can make this place just as you like it to be, and it can be different every time, depending on how you feel in that moment.

Lesson 8
Falling Asleep Faster
We know that sleep is vital to our health and well-being and yet, we often overlook its value. Before I was a meditator, I struggled with chronic sleep issues. Science backs up my experience, and many of my students now seek out meditation specifically to help them overcome their sleep issues. Today I will share two simple and powerful breathing techniques that help people fall asleep faster. Both are really useful to use when you are going to bed or when you wake up in middle of night. Many of my students find this practice particularly helpful when worry, stress, or a racing mind is keeping them awake.

Lesson 10
Finding Inner Peace & Choosing Hope
When you face difficult times and uncertainty, it is easy to get wrapped up in fear. So, on this last day I want to share a practice that helps you move away from fear toward peace and hope.
Tuning into hope expands your awareness, allowing your mind to filter out problems and explore the world of possibilities. Today’s meditation will help you touch the deep reservoir of peace and hope that is within you. As you practice more, it will get easier to tap into and activate hope whenever you need to – building your inner resilience, so you can face difficult situations with more ease.
Also,you should practice.
