Lesson 1
Finding A New Meaning To Self-Esteem
What do we call self-esteem? How is our self-esteem shaped? What or who does it depend on?
How do we relate with others when our self-esteem is unhealthy? How important is others’ judgment about us? How much do I value my words and actions?
Depending on your esteem, you’ll choose certain relationships and people to relate to.
Of all the opinions we listen to throughout our lives, the most important one is the one we have of ourselves. Because that opinion will either push us forward or hold us back. Having healthy self-esteem means being prepared to face any circumstance life poses on us.

Human beings express themselves through emotions. If we experience negative emotions, our actions will be limited. Visualization is a powerful technique that helps achieve goals and realize dreams. It’s a technique very much applied in meditation and yoga.
There are some very powerful questions to reprogram our mind away from “I’m not capable of,” “I can’t.” These questions will help you overcome any obstacle.
