Throughout this course you will positively learn to: - make sensible and wise decisions after your welfare - develop your self-confidence. - increase comprehensive knowledge of your inner self. You will gain this knowledge through self-reflection exercises that call for relaxation and moments of peace. You’ll be able to experience self-acceptance that will later help you build healthy relationships, make educated guesses and produce greater abundance in your life. This course is entirely for you so that you can enjoy, feel bliss here and now, accept yourself the way you are, and value what you used to be in the past. What an important asset self-confidence represents! The loss of self-esteem will determine whether we place the focus of our attention on the outside, on how others value us. But why entertain someone else’s opinion against ours? Why would we pay so much attention to what others think of us? How significant is our own opinion? When our self-esteem is achieved, what others make of us and their approval fades into the background because we take the lead in our lives, we become our own captains. This means, in turn, that we start taking responsibility for our actions, that we’re the creators of our own life paths. It also means that obstacles will turn into learning opportunities; new challenges that will allow us to grow. Reprogramming your mindset is a key point in this course, becoming aware of our own beliefs, our inner voice, to learn to listen to our emotions. How to reframe your mind when you’re distraught, when you feel life has been somewhat harsh and you’re exhausted? What stand have you taken today to listen to your own demands? Have you taken the role of a victim who just complains and gives up? Working on our own self-esteem poses a great challenge. Do you dare challenge your own limitations?


Meet your Teacher

Maria Agustina Grima is a counselor specializing in personal development, health, and motivational self-esteem. She has been interested in psychology from a young age. Through her experience, she has understood that healthy self-esteem and self-confidence are the keys to being successful. Agustina has taken meditation courses and currently offers self-esteem courses and online sessions. While also practicing yoga and reiki, she firmly believes that every human being possesses an inherent potential. Agustina's big goal is to be able to transmit her knowledge to the world so that each person can achieve balance, well-being, and inner strength to face every circumstance that life presents, from a healthier place and that the transit in this life, is always from gratitude and self-love. Agustina thinks all of us people have gone through moments where our being was judged, broken, and we have fallen for this. She has practically lived it for many years because she did not know how to listen to herself. And when you learn this, you'll understand that self-esteem does not depend on others, but on oneself. She knows there are a lot of people who don't have those tools, which led to the creation of this course. To acknowledge that power is within one, that words define paths and that is why it is so important to speak from love and compassion. Agustina knows, from the bottom of her heart, that what she wants is to transmit this knowledge, which helped her overcome many crises obstacles, and problems.

Lesson 1

Finding A New Meaning To Self-Esteem

What do we call self-esteem? How is our self-esteem shaped? What or who does it depend on? How do we relate with others when our self-esteem is unhealthy? How important is others’ judgment about us? How much do I value my words and actions? Depending on your esteem, you’ll choose certain relationships and people to relate to. Of all the opinions we listen to throughout our lives, the most important one is the one we have of ourselves. Because that opinion will either push us forward or hold us back. Having healthy self-esteem means being prepared to face any circumstance life poses on us.

Self-Image

What thoughts do I have about myself? What’s my self-talk like? Your image might be based on experiences, limiting beliefs and negative judgments. What happens when you undermine your evolution/growth? Aren’t you capable of/worthy of what you propose yourself? How can you change your negative image? Human beings express themselves through emotions. If we experience negative emotions, our actions will be limited. Visualization is a powerful technique that helps achieve goals and realize dreams. It’s a technique very much applied in meditation and yoga. There are some very powerful questions to reprogram our mind away from “I’m not capable of,” “I can’t.” These questions will help you overcome any obstacle.

Self-Compassion - Making Friends With Myself

Do you know what self-compassion is? Is it feeling weak or incapable? How can you feel more confident? In this lesson, you will learn how important it is to reprogram your mind to be able to talk to yourself with love, understanding, and confidence. It may seem obvious, but if you don’t praise yourself, hardly will others do so. How do you do it? Self-compassion is the answer, being “here now,” being present. The more you know yourself, the more present you will be, the stronger you will feel.

8 Actions To Manifest A Healthy Self-Esteem

What makes it difficult to progress? How often do feelings of concern for situations which have not still taken place arise? Can you control what’s uncontrollable? At the end of this lesson, you will have more powerful tools that’ll make you feel more confident than yesterday. How can you fulfill your aims? Every little action will bring you closer to your objectives. Goals will help you boost your self-esteem healthily and challenge your limits constantly. Irrespective of the results, when you take action, you’ll create a chain of strategies that will bring you closer to your aims. If one path didn’t work, you’ll surely find another way that may even work better than the previous one. You’ll find yourself constantly learning. Fulfilling dreams can sometimes seem out of reach or even frustrating. In this lesson, I’ll teach you five steps to reach your goals and then we’ll make a reflection with a few questions to start our trip of self-exploration and decision-making.

Our inner power is a resource we have but you may not know that it is a source of progress, creation, and evolution. Going through life brings about situations that demand a lot of energy and strength. Our thoughts determine certain realities. What do you think today? Out of what emotions do those thoughts strike you? What reality are you creating today? If we have the ability to think of our problems, conflicts, crises, and obstacles, don’t you think it’s only sensible that we also have the capacity to think of solutions and opportunities?

Become The Hero Of Your Life

One of the roles that weaken our self-esteem is that of the victim. What does a victim always say or do? Why does the victim place the blame outside? How does he react to the circumstances in life? What beliefs and emotions prevail? The victim is a spectator of his/her own life because they get stuck. They don’t want to leave their comfort zone, thus they live through others. Can a victim change his/her life? On the contrary, the protagonist or hero can play the role of the creator and one of their main characteristics is being responsible for their own life. What does responsibility mean? What's the main difference between a victim and a protagonist? How does the protagonist act? Why are they successful? What decision do they take?

In this lesson, you’ll learn to recognize the five paths that lead you to unhappiness and why it is so important to identify them.

There were a great many things I attained with this course. Se I was aware of, but even those were helped with reminders. I especially found the list of what makes us UNHAPPY helpful. Sometimes it's not the good that you are allowing, buy the bad! I know I struggle mostly with approval and minimizing the positive while magnifying the negative. That awareness will hopefully help me avoid those pitfalls going forward
