Ending The War: Making Peace With Your Body, One Step At A Time

With Cara-Lea Suttie

Modern society has taught many of us to view our bodies as a problem we need to fix before we can feel worthy or whole. The truth is, we are worthy and whole exactly as we are and it is time to make peace with our bodies. Whether this is a new thought for you, or you have already started down the path to peace with your body, this 10-day course will offer you tools and practices that will move you forward on your journey. Through meditation, self-reflection, and movement, we will unpack body image, self-image, and diet culture and we will begin to create new relationships with our bodies and the world we live in.
