You'll leave this course feeling empowered and clear about how to move forward as an empath, feeling calm and present during challenging situations when you have no control over the people and energies in your space. This course is a must for anyone who resonates (or is curious to learn more) as a highly sensitive person or empath and for anyone who feels drained or fatigued from spending their time and energy taking care of others before themselves.


Meet your Teacher

Ali is a global yoga and meditation teacher, retreat leader, and mentor. Her calm, healing, and supportive energy is magnetic and she is deeply passionate about spreading peace to her students all over the world. Ali has thousands of hours of training in yoga, meditation, and energy healing and has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 8 years. As an empowered empath, Ali has spent the past few years unlearning certain behaviors and limiting beliefs that in the past have held her back from thriving authentically as a sensitive person. She is passionate about supporting her students with setting boundaries, protection strategies, and self-care routines, so they can live their dreams and thrive as empaths too.

Are You An Empath?

Do you feel way more tuned into the feelings of the people around you? Are you curious about the difference between being an empath and having empathy towards someone else? Receive information and tips around self-care, specifcally for empaths. Learn how to replenish your energy with supportive tools and strategies when you feel drained or overwhelmed.

Lesson 5

Setting Boundaries & Healthy Relationships

Building healthy relationships through setting clear limits and boundaries is a crucial piece to becoming an empowered empath. In this lesson, we'll talk about why setting boundaries can be extra challenging for empaths, how to take the first steps in setting your own boundaries to preserve your energy, and what happens in your relationships when you set and commit to healthy boundaries versus when you don't.

Lesson 6

Travel For Empaths

Traveling as an empath can take a little extra planning and effort in order to ease anxiety and overwhelm. In this session, you'll gain a better understanding of how to mentally and physically prepare for upcoming travel, what to avoid, and what to include in situations that are out of your control in the airport, hotel room, and with a travel partner. I'll also share tips on how to maintain your physical health while on the road which will keep you less susceptible to absorbing the energies around you.

Lesson 7

Yoga & Meditation

In the final session, you'll receive guidance around what yoga and meditation practices could be best for you as an empath, depending on what you're going through. We'll also talk about the importance of consistency with these practices, how they can benefit you as a highly sensitive person and why many people tend to give up on a regular yoga or meditation practice too soon.
