Simple Strategies And Techniques For Grounding
In this session, Ali shares a collection of her favorite grounding practices—simple tools you can weave into your day wherever and whenever you need support. These practices are designed to be flexible, accessible, and deeply nourishing for sensitive systems.
In the second half of this lesson, you’ll be guided through a gentle Four Elements Qi Gong practice to help you reconnect with your body and breath.
To prepare, stand with your feet at least hip-distance apart, and allow yourself to be present with the rhythm of the movement.
This session offers both insight and embodiment—so you can feel more anchored, spacious, and supported throughout your day.

Sankalpas For Grounding
In this session, Ali introduces a few carefully chosen Sankalpas, sacred intentions you can carry into your meditation, Yoga Nidra, or daily life to support a deeper sense of grounding and inner stability.
These intentions are designed to anchor you through moments of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm, reminding you of your inner strength and calm.

Clearing Meditation For Grounding The Chakras
In this final session, Ali guides you through a gentle, energy-based Chakra Clearing Meditation to support the release of any stagnant or unhelpful energy stored in the body, beginning at the root and flowing through all seven main chakras.
This practice is designed to help you return to a state of balance, clarity, and grounded ease. You may notice a feeling of lightness, spaciousness, or emotional release as energy realigns throughout your system.
