Build A Gentle Daily Creative Practice

With Laia Bové

This 21-day course guides you through a simple and sustainable daily system designed to support your creative life with clarity and ease. Each lesson introduces one small, practical tool to help you build and maintain four core habits: 10 minutes of journaling, 10 minutes of reading, 10 minutes of movement, and a focused creative sprint. Across three weeks, you’ll learn how to adapt these practices to your energy, work with resistance, establish supportive rituals, and create gentle momentum in your creative projects. Every session includes a short teaching, an optional grounding practice, and a doable daily action to help you integrate the lesson into your day. By the end of the course, you’ll have a personalized creative routine, a deeper understanding of your rhythms, and a set of skills you can return to whenever you need to begin again.
