Allonia brings a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to her work on family guilt and shame. As a women's circle facilitator and trauma-informed yoga instructor, she has dedicated her practice to creating safe spaces for healing and transformation. Her professional background includes extensive work with trauma survivors, where she has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that unresolved family guilt and shame can have on individuals' lives. Through her trauma-informed approach, she understands the delicate nature of this work and the importance of creating supportive environments for processing difficult emotions. As a trauma survivor herself, she offers both professional insight and lived experience to her teaching. This combination allows her to guide participants with deep empathy and an authentic understanding of the healing journey.
