Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,

Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling fully through your mouth,
Allowing your body and mind to relax.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to the present moment.
Notice any physical sensations in your body,
Thoughts,
Or emotions that may be present.
Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment,
Letting go of any distractions or concerns from the past or the future.
Now imagine you are in a serene and peaceful,
Natural place.
It can be a beautiful garden,
A peaceful beach,
Or a quiet forest.
Visualize this place for its sights,
Sounds,
Smells.
Totally immerse yourself in tranquility and stillness.
As you embrace this inner sanctuary,
Bring your attention to any thoughts,
Emotions,
Or attachments you want to let go of.
Acknowledge these thoughts and emotions without judgment,
Recognizing that they are a natural part of being human.
Now imagine that a physical object represents each thought,
Emotion,
Or attachment.
Picture these objects in your mind's eye.
Each one representing something you no longer need or want to hold on to.
Now imagine holding one of these objects in your hand.
As you examine it,
Become aware of the weight it carries,
The energy it holds.
Recognize that by holding this object,
You are carrying unnecessary burdens and limitations.
Take a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Visualize releasing the object from your hand.
Watch as it floats away,
Becoming smaller and smaller and smaller until it disappears completely.
Feel a sense of lightness and release as you let go of this attachment.
Repeat this process with each object representing thoughts,
Emotions,
Or attachments you are ready to release.
Remember to take your time with each one,
Honoring the process of letting go.
As you release these objects,
Feel a sense of spaciousness and freedom.
Notice how your body feels lighter,
Your mind is clearer,
And your heart is more open.
With each breath,
Affirm your intention to let go.
Silently repeat phrases such as,
I release what no longer serves me.
Or,
I let go of attachments and expectations.
Or,
I am free to embrace the present moment.
Allow these affirmations to sink deeply into your being,
Reinforcing your intention to let go and create space for new experiences and growth.
Take a few moments to be present with this feeling of liberation and release simply.
Embrace the peace and clarity that come with letting go.
When you are ready to conclude the practice,
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling deeply and exhaling fully,
Re-energizing your body and your mind.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your present environment.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Noticing the air that flows around you and the sounds in your environment.
When you are ready,
Slowly and gently open your eyes,
Coming back to the present moment.
Express gratitude for the time and effort you dedicated to letting go and creating space for growth and renewal.
Carry the sense of lightness and freedom with you as you move forward,
Knowing you can release what no longer serves you and embrace the present moment with an open heart and mind.
When you encounter new attachments or challenges in the future,
Remember that you can let go and create space for transformation and joy.
Trust in the process of letting go and allow yourself to experience the fullness of each moment as it unfolds.
