Welcome to this meditation designed to support you during your premenstrual phase.

This is a time where your body and emotions might feel more intense and this practice will help you find balance,

Ease discomfort,

And reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes or softly lower your gaze and take a deep breath in,

Allowing your belly to expand.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Repeat this deep slow breathing a few more times,

Letting each breath bring you into a deeper state of relaxation.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Notice any areas where you might be holding tension or discomfort.

Gently scan your body from head to toe,

Acknowledging any sensations without judgment.

As you breathe in,

Imagine sending warm,

Soothing energy to those areas.

With each exhale,

Feel the tension melting away.

PMS is a natural part of your menstrual cycle,

A time when your body is preparing for renewal.

Visualize your womb,

The center of your creative and life-giving energy.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light glowing in your womb area.

This light represents your inner wisdom and strength.

As you breathe,

Allow the light to expand,

Filling your entire lower abdomen.

Feel this warmth and soothing energy easing any cramps,

Bloating,

A discomfort you may be experiencing.

Let this light be a reminder that your body is powerful and capable of healing itself.

PMS can bring up emotions that feel overwhelming.

It's okay to feel these emotions,

They are a part of your journey.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine that with each exhale you are releasing any emotional tension.

Visualize it as dark clouds leaving your body,

Being replaced by a clear,

Calm sky.

Allow yourself to feel lighter with each breath.

If any specific emotions arise,

Acknowledge them with compassion.

Let them flow through you and out of you,

Like water gently washing away.

Now silently or aloud,

Repeat the following affirmations.

I honor my body and its cycles.

I am patient and kind with myself during this time.

I trust my body's wisdom and ability to heal.

I release tension and embrace peace.

I am in tune with my body's natural rhythm.

Feel these affirmations resonating in every cell of your body,

Reinforcing your inner strength and calm.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to nurture your body and mind.

Know that you can return to this place of peace and comfort whenever you need it.

Take one last deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry this sense of calm and balance with you throughout your day.

Remember,

You are strong,

You are wise,

And you are in perfect harmony with your body.
