Padma has been assisting people with their sleep challenges for many years. She brings her training in NLP and hypnotherapy to the table as well as over 20 years of facilitating guided meditation. She is versed in self-care practices that help unravel and decrease anxiety which fundamentally builds resilience; good sleep is foundational to living a balanced and sustainable life. Padma has been a practitioner of meditation for over 40 years giving her the capacity to create a safe space where you will feel held and able to drift off into a deep sleep as you receive the gentle guidance that emanates from her heart.
