The Gift of Letting Go

When I am willing to let go of control and simply trust, I am often surprised by what reveals itself. I find that life offers way more than I can even begin to conjure up on my own. It consistently blows me away! Entering into the unknown can be scary and the invitation is to trust that life will respond when we open ourselves, as we relinquish our ideas of how things are supposed to be. I welcome you to today’s practice of letting go of our shoulds, judgments, and trying to control what is out of our control. What if we relax, let go, and discover how life may actually get easier as we do?
