Aiko is a certified yoga teacher, hormonal educator, and meditation teacher, dedicated to helping others find balance through mindful practices. With a deep understanding of how stress and lifestyle impact hormonal health, Aiko has designed this 7-day course to guide you through gentle resets that support both your body and mind. Each meditation is intentionally free of background music, with moments of silence to help you connect with yourself without distraction. Every lesson also includes a few reflection prompts to deepen your experience and bring awareness to your personal journey.

This practice helps support hormonal balance by reducing muscle tension and promoting relaxation. At the end of the lesson, you’ll have two journaling prompts to reflect on your experience.

Day 3 of your 7-Day Reset focuses on emotional balance and how hormonal shifts can impact mood. Through mindfulness, you’ll learn to observe emotions without judgment and gently release those that no longer serve you.
