Aiko, passionate about holistic health, gained extensive knowledge during her three years in India in her twenties, where she immersed herself in Ayurveda. Motivated by her own health challenges, including dealing with fibroids and a partial hysterectomy, she delved deeper into female health anatomy and studied yoga practices specifically for women's well-being.
