These are simple techniques that over the years have helped many of Nathalie's clients manage anxiety, stress and generally feeling overwhelmed. Each session aims to be short, something you can easily slot into your day, accessible to everyone, and tools that you can start applying right away. It includes powerful breathing techniques, meditations, mindfulness, and some simple therapeutic tools to release tension, stress, and anxiety in the mind & body.


Meet your Teacher

Nathalie is passionate in sharing her combined understanding of both Eastern and Western approaches to mental health, to empower and support individuals with their own. Nathalie is a qualified mental health nurse, compassion-focused therapist, yoga and meditation teacher. She has worked in the NHS mental health services for over 10 years and regularly provides mental health training to teams, and mental health retreats and workshops to groups and individuals. She has written articles on stress management, anxiety, and self-compassion for several national publications and is an advocate for promoting mental wellbeing and compassionate cultures within the workplace.

Building awareness of the automatic mechanics of our minds is the first step in then being able to know how to release tension and guide it to a calmer state. At the end of this lesson, Nathalie offers a simple homework task, to help you embed what you've learnt.

Activating The Self-Soothe System

This lesson we are looking at how we can activate and access that self-soothe system with some really simple tools, in the moment. This is all about utilising what we learned in lesson two and beginning to build on that knowledge.

Lesson 4

Visualising Calm To Feel Calm

Lesson 3 we explore what calm feels like and how we can really harness it, in a moment when we may not feel it. This utilises visualisation strategies, meditation and breathing.

Lesson 5

Reflection And Habit Forming

This final class discusses the importance of reflection and how to create a habit. Nathalie offers some simple ways in which you can form a habit and discusses why reflection used in a specific way can help embed what changes and create growth.
