A simple meditation to tap into your intuition. This exercise will help clear the mind, release the outside noise and get you connecting back to your core. You can use this meditation whenever you lack to feel that sense of clarity in the mind, however it is also a great meditation to use if you are feeling stuck on something. Our intuition is incredibly powerful and has been proven as an extremely important factor in decision making, creativity and self-confidence.

Transcript

In a moment you're going to take five conscious resetting breaths.

Each breath that you take is going to connect you to a layer or sheath that is surrounding your core.

So with every exhale you you're going to take you're going to visualize yourself shedding one of these layers or sheaths.

So you're going to fully visualize yourself now with these layers or sheaths around you,

Surrounding you and now taking a long deep breath in and exhaling out.

As the breath leaves let that first layer go,

Let it disappear,

Let that sheath go.

Relax the shoulders let all the thoughts of the day go.

And now for the next breath in,

Breathing in and again as you exhale slowly releasing the breath and as you release the second layer dissipates,

The second layer goes away,

That sheath disappears.

You're releasing fear and judgment just allowing it all to melt away.

And then when the next breath comes you're breathing in deeply again this time breathe in and then as you slowly release on the out breath allow a smile to come onto your face.

This third sheath just dissolves into nothingness.

You let the weight of other expectation,

Other people's expectations go.

Just let the weight of other people's expectations go.

And then for this final sheath,

This final layer you're going to breathe in really really deeply all the way from the bottom of your ribs filling up your tummy and very slowly with a relaxed body and smile you're going to slowly release this final sheath.

With this final sheath,

This layer you're releasing your own thoughts,

Releasing everything that is not serving you,

Allowing yourself to completely let it all go.

And now you're left with all these sheaths and layers removed it's just you,

Just you now in this moment.

Simply be with you.

The breath comes in,

The breath comes out just simply be with just you,

Just you now in this very moment.

And now bringing all your awareness up to your third eye,

That center point between your eyebrows.

This is the point of inner knowing,

Of intuition.

The place between the conscious and the unconscious.

Allow your awareness just to sit here for a moment with that same relaxed sense of being,

Nothing else,

Just you,

Just you in this moment.

Build up of those layers of those sheaths have gone and it's just you sitting here breathing.

The simplicity of that.

And in this moment you may want to visualize the color purple but again just simply be here so if that doesn't feel good for you don't do it just simply be here but if it feels good to visualize something the color purple this color is the color of our intuition,

Of our wisdom.

Imagining that color at that center eyebrow point.

Breathing in,

Easy breathing out.

Now if there is a decision that you are needing guidance with at the moment it can sometimes be at this point that it's really nice to allow it to rise to the surface and allow your intuition to answer for you.

So you can simply do this just by asking yourself the question you're pondering,

Asking it in your mind and seeing how your body,

Your gut,

Your heart responds to it.

Notice and observe.

Be aware though if your mind begins to analyze just draw it back to your breath to the core of your being,

To your third eye,

The color purple.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Simply come back to your core and that intuitive space of knowing.

Just taking a couple more moments here and of course if you want to remain doing this for a little longer feel free to stay as long as you want.

Whenever you're ready we're just going to bring that attention,

The awareness back to the inhale,

The exhale breath,

Sensations of the body as you sit here or lie here.

And after a while whenever the time feels right you can just slowly draw that attention back to the space that you're in.

Visualizing your body in the room,

On the floor,

Bringing an awareness back to the world and then slowly just beginning to open the eyes.
