Settle in and notice how you're arriving.

As you're settling in,

Notice the support from your environment.

Earth might be right beneath our feet.

Buildings that we're in are on the earth.

Take a deep breath in and a soft breath out.

You might breathe in deeply and then release with a sigh and let your body get settled.

Imagine that you're letting your body be supported by a warm summer soil or grass or a beach.

Let your body soften.

Silently saying to yourself,

I nourish my body as I breathe in.

I breathe out and bless my body.

I bless the earth.

Breathe in the richness of summer.

Sun,

Warm soil,

Grasses,

Trees,

Plants.

Breathing in the rich scent of summer.

Berries and fruits that are ripening,

Flowers,

Leaves.

Breathe in that richness.

As we breathe out,

Sending thanks into the space around us.

Imagining a soft golden light radiating from our body.

I receive the nourishment,

The abundance of summer.

Let your breath move a little in the background and bring to mind the abundance of summer.

Might be a garden,

Forest,

A field.

Imagine the summer evening,

The gardens,

The flowers.

I thank the sun for its warmth,

Ripening the fruits of the earth.

Let yourself breathe,

Visualize.

I thank the sun for its warmth,

Ripening the fruits of earth.

I bless the rain for quenching the soil and nourishing life.

I bless the rain.

I thank the bees,

The birds,

Every small creature in this sacred web of life.

Fill with joy and gratitude.

Golden light permeating the whole of your body,

Every cell.

Let your breath be soft,

Easy.

I bless my body.

It is part of this earth.

I bless my body.

I bless my hands for their kind touch,

For creation,

For cooking meals and bringing food to my mouth.

I bless my hands for touching and creating.

I bless my heart for its kindness and courage.

I bless my heart.

Now picture someone you love and hold them gently in your heart.

May you be safe.

May you be happy.

May you enjoy a peaceful day.

May you be safe and happy and at ease.

And then let that widen out into friends,

Neighbors,

People in your community.

May you be safe.

May you be happy.

May you enjoy ease and peace.

Allow your breath to be easy,

Smooth.

May all beings be nourished by the abundance of this season.

May all beings be nourished by the abundance of this season.

May fields,

Rivers,

Forests,

And the creatures thrive.

May all on Mother Earth,

Fields,

Rivers,

Plants,

Flowers,

Bees,

Rabbits,

Whales,

May all creatures thrive.

And may the harvest of this summer bring peace and nourishment.

May you feel yourself as part of this sacred web of life.

You might imagine golden threads connecting you to every living thing.

Soil,

Trees,

Water,

Sun,

Animals,

Plants,

Ground,

Rocks,

Birds,

Stars.

I am part of this sacred web of life.

I am held in the abundance of this earth.

I am grateful.

I am whole.

I am home.

Let that resonate in your body.

Feel the blessings,

The abundance of this season of summer.
