Inviting you to get comfortable lying down or sitting whatever feels good to you today and just beginning to breathe into your body and breathing into your lower belly and on the exhale letting go releasing and letting your body begin to settle into whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on allowing the breath to bring you deeper into your body allowing the breath to bring you into this present moment and so just beginning to breathe into your feet allowing them to soften and let go breathing into your calves and your shins letting them release and soften and breathing into your thighs and your hips releasing,
Letting go letting your legs be heavy and supported from beneath and breathing into your lower back your pelvic bowl area,
Your lower belly releasing,
Letting go and breathing into the middle of your back and your upper back letting it soften letting any tension you might be holding release just a little bit more and breathing into your chest and your shoulders allowing them to soften and let go and breathing into your fingers and your hands and clenching,
Releasing,
Letting go and breathing into your arms and allowing them to soften and be supported and breathing into your neck and your throat softening releasing releasing now breathing into the back of your head and your skull allowing any tightness,
Any tension to melt away and breathing into your face your forehead your brow allowing it to soften and release and clenching your jaw and perhaps allowing a little space between your upper and lower lips and breathing into your cheeks allowing them to soften and just deeply breathing into this present moment arriving into the wisdom of your body
