Allowing them to soften.

Just begin to notice it.
As you bring your awareness to your heart,
What does it feel like today?
What do you get a sense of?
What's the energy like?
Is there a colour?
And just allowing yourself to notice your heart.
Your life force.
Your wise,
Intuitive,
Beautiful heart.
And just keep breathing into it.
Noticing what happens as you do.
