A Visualisation For Loneliness

If you are feeling alone or lonely, this visualisation will support you to connect with this part of yourself, to acknowledge it and ask it what it needs, transmuting it. It then guides you to connect with love from Source and Mother Earth, so that you fill up on this energy and feel that you are always held and supported.

Find a place where you can lie or sit comfortably and close your eyes and you won't be disturbed.

And now just begin to breathe into your body breathing into your lower belly feeling it beginning to rise and on the exhale just letting go surrendering and allowing your body to soften.

Breathing,

Arriving in your body in this moment and breathing into your hips and on the out breath allowing them to relax and soften.

Feeling the support beneath them letting them melt into it and breathing into your back your shoulders and on the out breath letting them relax a little bit more.

Feeling the support beneath your back and just letting yourself be held by it.

Breathing into your brow your forehead and on the out breath letting it soften to and clenching releasing.

Breathing into your jaw letting it go and perhaps bringing a little space between your upper and lower lip loosening your jaw relaxing letting go allowing yourself to be held in this moment this moment of connection and love no matter what you might be feeling right now.

And just breathing breathing into any areas of tightness and seeing if you can let them go just a little bit more on the exhale fully arriving in your body in this moment present to all sensations and feelings and just honoring them and observing them without expectation or judgment.

Now just allowing your body to breathe itself your own natural intuitive rhythm as we begin to go on a journey together to connect some of those feelings around loneliness that you might be experiencing to get to know them and bring love to them and hold them.

And so now bringing your attention to any feelings of loneliness and just noticing what you feel and where you feel it in your body.

Maybe it's in your stomach your chest your heart area just beginning to notice it and how it feels to you in your body.

Know that you're held in this moment and if at any time it gets too much you can bring yourself out of it but for now I invite you to stay with it just feeling these feelings knowing that we are going to help them lessen and bring love to them.

Really feeling them really noticing them acknowledging them breathing into them.

And as you notice this feeling where is it in your body?

What does it feel like to you?

Just take a moment to connect with it really deeply.

And as you connect with it does it have a shape or a size?

Perhaps a color or a temperature?

What does it feel like to you in your body?

How does it feel to be with it in your body?

And just allow yourself to feel it acknowledge it and be present with it.

And now it feels good to you I invite you to ask it what do you need right now?

And just allow yourself to receive the answer and if nothing comes that's fine too.

Does it need love or holding or support?

What is this part of you need?

Does it need something from you?

Just noticing allowing it to communicate with you in any way you may just feel it or know it or sense it being open to whatever arises.

But now I invite you to imagine bringing in gorgeous source light golden light coming in surrounding it.

Wrapping it in support and holding.

Feel that golden light wrapping around it.

Melting it,

Diffusing it.

As much as you need it's never-ending and overflowing.

How's it beginning to feel now?

Just keep bringing in as much golden light as you need.

Breathing,

Receiving this golden light.

Bringing it to the parts of you that don't feel so good.

And just holding them there in this love and support.

Now just beginning to ask this part again.

What else do you need from me?

Is there anything else coming up for it?

Is there anything you can do to support it moving forward?

And now letting this part know that you're there for it.

If that feels right to you.

And now imagine a column of rose pink light coming down just for you.

Imagine it coming down into the crown of your head,

Down past your third eye,

Your throat.

Filling up your shoulders and your heart space.

Into your solar plexus,

Your sacral and your base.

Into your hips and pelvic area.

Pink light going down into your thighs.

Down your legs,

Into your feet.

And down into your earth star.

Few inches beneath your feet.

And then further down,

Right down to the centre of Mother Earth.

And at the centre this pink light of love.

Fuses together with Mother Earth's core energy,

Her crystalline love.

Imagine that energy coming back up through all the layers.

Back up into the soles of your feet.

Back up your legs,

Past your hips and thighs.

Into your base and your sacral.

Past your solar plexus and up into your heart.

And just breathe in this light and love,

This energy from up above and down below.

This overflowing,

Never-ending supply of source and Mother Earth energy.

Just breathe it in.

Feeling your heart connected.

Allowing your heart to receive and be filled up.

Reminding you of this connection.

And just keep breathing it.

Feeling it fill you up.

Feeling your connection.

And as your heart fills up,

Allowing it to overflow into your body.

Breathe it into the parts of you that didn't feel so good.

The spaces that felt tightness,

Sadness,

Loneliness.

Just breathing that light and love into these parts.

Allowing them to fill up and be softened and held in this moment.

And keep breathing.

Receiving.

Allowing yourself to be filled up.

Keep breathing.

Know that this unlimited supply is always available to you.

And just allow yourself to receive it.

Allowing it to overflow into all parts of your body and your being.

And now bringing your attention to your heart space.

Just noticing it.

How does it feel right now?

Perhaps placing one or both of your hands on your heart.

Breathing into this part of you.

This part of you that's eternal.

This part of you that's always connected.

Always loved and supported.

And just holding it.

And now asking your heart,

What do you need right now?

And just allow yourself to receive the answer.

And now asking it,

How can I bring more connection into my life?

And once again just allowing yourself to receive the answer.

And now thanking your beautiful heart.

And now remembering that you can come back to this space at any time.

A space to remind you of your connection,

The love and support available to you at all times.

Honouring you for this journey and all that you are experiencing.

Breathing into your heart.

Breathing in all that light,

That love.

Breathing in all that you need right now.

Really breathing it in.

Then when you're ready,

Just begin to feel yourself back in your body.

Just becoming aware of your physical presence.

The air against your skin.

And your skin against the surfaces.

And just noticing how you feel in your body right now.

And beginning to slowly bring some gentle movement into your wrists and your ankles.

And perhaps stretching a little bit.

Moving around.

Maybe taking a yawn.

And then when you're ready,

Very slowly,

Very gently.

And begin to open your eyes.

Bringing yourself back into the room that you're in.
