For this short visualisation I recommend finding a space where you can sit comfortably and feel safe to close your eyes or lower your gaze,
Just taking a few moments for yourself to ground your energy,
Fill up and feel your energy strong,
Outward and holding you so that you feel supported and embodied.
So now closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and just beginning to breathe into your body,
Allowing yourself to relax and just softening a little bit more,
Letting go of any areas of tension,
Breathing,
Taking this moment for yourself.
And now from up above imagine a column of diamond white light coming down especially for you,
Imagine it coming down through the crown of your head,
Down past your third eye,
Your throat,
Filling your shoulders and your heart,
Down your solar plexus,
Your sacral,
Your root chakra,
Filling your hips and down into your legs,
Your feet,
Out through the soles of your feet into your earth star chakra.
Just breathing in this diamond white light,
With every breath imagine it clearing your energy,
Drawing down what you no longer need into mother earth to compost,
Allowing it to fade away,
Bringing your energy down,
Down into the ground,
Calming you,
Soothing you and holding you.
And just keep breathing this white light cleansing,
Filling you up.
And now imagine this light going further down from your earth star chakra,
Right down through all the layers of mother earth,
Right down to her core,
Her centre.
And at the centre imagine a giant glowing green crystal filled with nurturing,
Love and support.
And imagine that light fusing together with it.
And then coming back up through all the layers of mother earth,
Back up through your earth star chakra and into the soles of your feet,
Coming back up your legs,
Past your hips and your base,
Your sacral,
Your solar plexus and up into your heart.
Just breathe that in,
That heart connection,
Mother earth's grounding,
Supportive,
Nourishing energy,
Combined with a diamond white light,
Coming into your heart space and just breathe that in,
Every breath filling you up,
Holding you and nourishing you.
Just keep breathing and receiving all that you need in this moment.
And as your heart fills up,
Beginning to overflow,
Feel this energy going into any parts of your body that need it right now.
Bringing this nourishment,
Love and support to them,
Allowing yourself to melt into it,
Into this knowing of how supported you always are.
And just keep breathing,
Keep filling up,
Allowing yourself to receive.
And now feel from your heart space,
This energy,
This light,
Going outwards with each breath,
Past the edges of your physical body,
Into your energy field.
And just feel this energy,
This light filling up your field,
Visualising it,
Holding you,
Surrounding you,
Getting stronger.
Saying how far you can breathe it out,
Perhaps bringing it to any spaces that need more.
Just allowing yourself to breathe this gorgeous energy of love,
Light and protection into your field,
Your space.
Keep breathing,
Energies coming in from up above and below,
Unlimited.
An endless supply of source and mother earth energy available for you to hold you,
Fill you up and create your space of love,
Protection and boundaries to anything that doesn't serve you,
That harms you,
That hurts you,
That takes from your energy to anything that isn't love.
So breathing this into your space,
Into your field,
Feeling it around you and setting the intention that you are always safe,
Loved and held and that only love can enter your field and your space.
And so just knowing that,
Breathing that in,
Holding yourself in this field for as long as you need,
Playing with taking the energy bigger or bringing it in,
Whatever feels good to you right now,
Bringing it to a space that feels comfortable for you,
Perhaps that's in your heart,
Perhaps that's around your body,
Do what feels right to you intuitively today.
And now,
And now that you know you are held,
Protected and safe,
Your energy field is filled with love and nourishment and holding.
Breathing all that in and then begin to feel yourself back in your physical body and the space that you are in,
Feeling the air against your skin,
Your skin against any surfaces,
The support of the ground beneath you.
And very slowly when you are ready you can begin to bring some gentle movement into your arms and legs,
Perhaps stretching around a little bit,
Feeling yourself back in the physical and then when you are ready you can very slowly and gently open your eyes,
Bringing yourself back into the room,
Ready to go on with your day in the full knowing that you are safe,
Protected,
Loved and held at all times.
