As Liz walks by the river, moving through a soft mist, she realises how much it resembles her habitual thought patterns. In today’s 5 Minutes in Nature, she notices that just as weather takes on different forms, so too do our moods. She also recognises that, like the mist, her mood will eventually lift on its own. She doesn’t need to force her thoughts to move on—if she leaves them alone, they will naturally shift in their own time.
