This meditation helps to achieve a balanced sacral chakra. This second chakra is located between the pubic bone and the navel. It’s responsible for passion, sexuality, intimacy, creativity, and joy. When the Sacral Chakra is balanced it helps us to improve our relationships with ourselves and others. You'll feel stimulated and full of ideas. Alignment in this chakra also gives you the confidence to make significant changes to the way you live your life.

The most important thing we can do for ourselves is to love ourselves,

Completely.

And meditation is a wonderful act of self-love.

So on our second stop of our journey through the chakras,

We are now at the Saikor chakra.

The chakra system is a complex network of energy channels connecting wheels of energy if you like,

Which are mapped throughout the whole body.

The following meditation helps us to achieve a balanced Saikor chakra.

This second chakra is located between the pubic bone and the navel.

It is responsible for passion,

Sexuality,

Intimacy,

Creativity and joy.

When the Saikor chakra is balanced,

It helps us to improve our relationships with ourselves and others.

When your Saikor chakra is open,

You will feel stimulated and full of ideas.

Alignment in the chakra also gives you the confidence to make significant changes to the way you live your life.

So let's begin.

You just need a few minutes to take some time for yourself and sit or lie down quietly.

So no driving and no using machinery.

Getting yourself really comfortable.

Closing your eyes and just move your focus to your breath.

Take a long,

Deep,

Slow breath in.

Focus on your breath travelling down into the lungs.

And breathe out.

Feel yourself in the present moment and know that you are loved and supported.

Now slowly bring your awareness to your Saikor chakra.

Focus on this area between the navel and the pubic bone.

Now imagine that you are at the beach watching the waves gently rolling in and out.

Now imagine that you are watching a beautiful setting sun.

The orange of a setting sun.

As you sit on the sand,

You watch the orange sun setting and slowly disappearing into the sea turning the waves orange like the sun.

Imagine now that you are floating in the sea.

The warm water gently spreads out over your body.

Feel the waves run down your thighs,

Over your calves and all the way down over your toes.

Feel the water flowing up your spine.

It runs down your arms,

Hands,

Fingers and then back up again all the way to the top of your head.

You are safe as you float in these calm waters.

Now as you are floating in the sea,

Imagine a small orange light beginning to emerge at the centre of your Saikor chakra.

This light is expanding.

It becomes a vibrant circular ball of radiant orange.

As you inhale,

Imagine that your breath is being drawn down your spine and into this brilliant orange orb.

You note with each inhalation,

The ball of brilliant and vibrant orange expands,

Glowing brighter and becoming more vivid.

Your Saikor chakra is now fully open.

Imagine the vibrant orange energies swirling like waves,

Flowing in a constant clockwise fashion.

Now be aware of the vibrant orange energy travelling back up the spine and exiting through the crown and the top of your head.

As you exhale the orange waves of energy from your Saikor chakra,

You are also clearing any blocks and barriers in your life.

You are releasing old behavioural patterns and emotions that no longer serve your higher good.

Again,

Inhale deeply and slowly.

Focus on your breath as it travels down your spine and into the Saikor chakra.

Slowly release your breath.

Your breath is a flowing stream from the Saikor chakra.

This orange river of energy is clearing all blocks and washing away negative emotions and trauma.

Notice the waves of energy washing away energetic blocks which no longer serve you.

Be aware of the beautiful orange energy flowing and filling your aura with its cleansing rivers of sacral energy.

Now repeat these words silently.

I love and enjoy my body.

I am open to experiencing the present moment with all of my senses.

I am passionate and have healthy boundaries.

I feel pleasure with every breath I take.

My unique and creative talents and abilities flow through me and are expressed in deeply satisfying ways.

I nourish myself and take care of my needs in healthy ways.

I value and respect my body and myself.

Now if your mind has wandered,

Just bring your attention back to your Saikor chakra.

Enjoy the sensations of this chakra,

The waves of orange glowing like water throughout your whole body,

Washing away everything that is no longer needed and nourishing your sense of self and worth.

Now slowly I want you to imagine your Saikor chakra slowly closing down to its normal function,

The size of a small orange fairy light.

Repeat after me silently,

My Saikor chakra is working at its normal function.

Taking some easy natural breaths,

Very slowly and very gently bring yourself back to your room and your physical self.

Slowly stretch your body and when you're ready you can open your eyes.
