Sit back or lie back,
Start to relax,
Gently closing your eyes,
Take a deep cleansing breath and exhale with a soft sigh.
Allow yourself to become grounded.
Picture yourself being connected into the center of Mother Earth.
Place your hands over your heart center.
Working on understanding and forgiveness sets us free.
Do you live under a cloud of guilt and shame?
Do you always feel wrong or that you're not doing the right thing or apologizing to someone for something?
Maybe you cannot forgive yourself for something you did in the past.
Maybe you berate yourself for a lot that goes on in your life.
Let the cloud dissipate.
You don't need to live that way any longer.
Forgive yourself every time guilt comes up in your life.
Ask yourself,
What do I still believe about myself?
Who am I trying to please?
And just notice the childhood beliefs that come up.
Guilt seeks punishment so we can become our own judge and jury,
Condemning ourselves to a self-imposed prison.
We punish ourselves and there is no one around to come to our defense.
It's time to forgive ourselves and set ourselves free.
Are you ready to start the forgiveness process?
To release the past we want to be willing to forgive even if we don't know how.
Forgiveness means giving up our hurtful feelings and just letting the whole thing go.
Not being willing to forgive destroys something within us.
When you forgive and let go not only does a huge weight drop from your shoulders,
But the doorway to your own self-love opens.
What is it you haven't forgiven yourself for?
What do you need to let go of?
Whatever it is,
Just let it go.
Forgiveness opens the way for miracles of love.
It's a pathway to the heart.
Say to yourself,
I forgive myself and others.
I lovingly forgive myself.
They are free and I am free.
All is well in my heart now.
I allow myself to give and receive love freely.
With understanding comes forgiveness and with forgiveness comes love.
Always remember forgiveness is the key to freedom.
See yourself opening doors to joy,
Peace,
Healing,
Abundance and love.
Doors to understanding,
Compassion,
Forgiveness and freedom.
Doors to self-worth and self-love.
And so it is.
Take a few easy breaths.
Very slowly bring your awareness back to your room and this time and space in a way that feels good.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
