Hey there,
My name is Lisa,
And this is a spring,
Or I should say,
Mind spring cleaning meditation to free yourself from anxiety and stress.
Wherever you are,
Feel free to find a comfortable position,
Whether that be seated,
Standing,
Lying down,
Whatever calls to you at this moment,
And take a nice big deep inhale into your body.
.
.
Exhale,
Sigh out,
Let go.
.
.
Let's begin to clear with breath work.
.
.
Take a nice big deep inhale for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7.
.
.
Hold.
.
.
Exhale,
Nice and slow.
.
.
Let's go ahead and do that two more times.
.
.
Taking a nice big deep breath into the body for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7.
.
.
Hold.
.
.
Exhale,
Nice and easy.
.
.
Nice and long.
.
.
Last time,
Taking a nice big deep inhale for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7.
.
.
Hold.
.
.
And exhale,
Release.
.
.
Let go.
.
.
Begin to breathe naturally.
.
.
Riding the wave of your breath.
.
.
Allowing yourself to flow with the present moment.
.
.
Allowing yourself to simply just trust in this present moment.
.
.
Allowing yourself to release any tension in the face,
In the heart space,
From elbows to wrists,
From wrists to fingertips.
.
.
Just allow yourself to be here.
.
.
Let the whole body soften.
.
.
Allow any tension to dissolve.
.
.
Leaning the slate of this present moment only the now.
.
.
Breathe on it.
.
.
And let go.
.
.
And from this beautiful space,
Can you dive deep into this present moment.
.
.
And visualize a space,
A box,
Or a chosen element,
Whether that be earth,
Air,
Fire,
Water,
To release any doubts and cares into this space.
.
.
And as you do so,
Your mind may get wrapped up in all that it is worried about,
All that it is trying to control.
.
.
So I invite you to find a space in the body where this heaviness is residing.
.
.
Breathe into that space.
.
.
And let go.
.
.
Be one with this clear space.
.
.
And from this place of clarity and a clean slate,
I invite you to set an intention to fill this space within you with things that serve you.
.
.
And when we lean on in to a space of decluttering and freeing ourselves from all that is weighing on our mind,
All that does not serve us,
We can begin to make space for the things that do serve us.
.
.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
.
.
Exhale.
.
.
Closing this clearing meditation with an intention that you can bring into the world around you born from this meditative space.
.
.
And move from this space of freedom.
.
.
Thank you for joining me in this meditation,
And I'll see you next time.
.
.
Namaste
