Hello and welcome.
My name is Lisa and this is your daily sacred manifestation meditations.
Today's meditation will be focused on evicting and anchoring.
I have found that our minds tend to love to anchor in something to make sense of the world around us,
Whether it be anchoring in fear or faith,
Whether it be anchoring in the past or the future,
Or whether it be anchoring in love or gratitude.
But I have found that with practice,
It is possible to really evict what doesn't serve the present moment,
What doesn't serve what you need today,
So that we can choose to anchor in and retrain the mind and retrain the pathways and the roots of our psyche,
So that we can begin to cultivate from a place of anchoring in something that works for us,
That is in alignment,
That is something that we truly need to cultivate a life for ourselves,
And manifest what we truly desire and invite in what we truly deserve and want and need.
So with that,
My friends,
Feel free to set on into any position that calls to you,
Anything that really feels cozy,
Comforting,
Or can simply be tuning on in to the present moment.
And as you take your position,
Wherever you are at,
I invite you to join me in a 4-2-6 breath.
So I invite you to take a nice,
Long,
Big,
Deep inhale into the body.
And exhale,
Sigh out,
Let go.
And last time,
If it feels good.
And as you are here in the now,
You can continue to breathe in any way that feels in alignment with the present moment,
With what feels good.
And if you wish to inhale for 4 counts,
Hold for 2,
And exhale for 6,
Feel free to join me in this 4-2-6 breath.

And as you exhale,

Is it anchoring into trying to fix something or figure something out?
What is your mind anchoring into in the present moment?
You may find that underneath the feeling of what you are trying to anchor into,
There is something the mind is trying to do or trying to say.
What is the mind trying to let you know about?
What story does it wish to share with you?
Like an old friend meeting for coffee or tea,
What does it wish to share?
And from this beautiful space of just being aware of what the mind may be anchoring into,
Even if it's several different places,
I invite you to breathe in to body and mind.
And I invite you to visualize what you wish for yourself or today.
What energy do you wish to invite in?
What do you wish to do for yourself or what do you need today just for you?
And as you inhale into what you need,
I invite you to exhale what you wish to evict from mind and body.
Inhaling for what you need at this present moment.
All that you wish to evict from mind and body.
Last time,
Breathing in what you need.
Exhale and evicting what does not serve your vision,
Your spirit,
Who you are.
In this moment,
I choose you to anchor into a thought,
An idea,
An intention,
A word,
A feeling so that it supports your vision.
Visualizing you are removing the anchor from one part and placing it in what you need.
Breathing and feeling yourself rooting into what you are anchoring.
Feeling it fuel your body,
Your mind,
All the empty parts that were once evicted,
Once gone,
Let it anchor and fill that up as well.
Letting yourself shift into this new energy.
Letting yourself shift into this new energy.
Trust what you are anchoring in and trust the power of your meditative space.
And let the magic unfold from this space.
I invite you to send intention,
To honor the energy of what you are anchoring into,
To seal and honor this energetical anchoring.
Go ahead and set it.
And so it is.
And so it shall be.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep,
Fresh breath into the body.
And exhale,
Sigh out,
Let go.
And let go.
Connecting back with the world around you.
